Latu's lower half like like a horse. He's smooth. Really cool to see a few years ago they thought he was done
My draft crush Robinson didn't run good (nice vert) but his on field and tape are his ticket.

Re: 2024 Combine Results & Discussion
For someone being hyped up to near Andrew Luck levels, can’t say Caleb Williams has done a single thing I can recall that reinforces that. He’s so much like Mahomes as a prospect. Mahomes went, what, 11th? For a reason. But people see what Mahomes turned into and they want to make him that right aw...

Re: 2024 Free Agent Discussion
How much do you think a player like Zach Moss would cost? Would it make sense to replace Dillon with one of these free agent RBs? I really think you maximize Jones' impact by giving him a "thunder" counterpart. Or do we just draft Braelon Allen and consider it covered? I quoted @mnkcarp f...

Re: 2024 Combine Results & Discussion
Caleb williams is an absolute dumbass or is hiding something. It makes no sense not to do the medicals.
I think he's a bust but he's not helping his cause.

Said the right things. Seems open minded and putting players in position to play fast and succeed.

Re: Lab's annual Mock Offseason
I can dig this all 3 days. Double dipping at safety bc they are cheap is the way to go. Big fan of Wilson esp going to a new d. He is long rangy and was good against the pass and rushing the.passer. A sure tackler. Plus athlete and his work ethic is top notch (I know his HS coach) Other positions hi...

Re: 2024 Draft Discussion
Its a year too early to take a WR at all. Same with DT. Just two positions groups that are just too deep for us. I wouldn't touch QB, WR, or DT in this class. We still need to draft at least 3 OL with the lack of depth and 2 starters that can be improved upon greatly. We need to draft at least 1 RB...

Re: 2024 Draft Discussion
Anybody look into Jerry rices kid Brendan? He's a dawg. Good size clocked a 23mph speed last year and just makes big plays. I'm sure he goes top 100 but if he slips to day 3 I would give him a look. He's a different body type we don't have. Explosive athlete and of course the bloodlines What’s the ...

Re: 2024 Draft Discussion
Correct. Since the Packers will be going to a 4 man line with 2 DT's and 2 DE's, they are all set. Gary, LVN, Smith and Wooden are the perfect size for a 4 man line defensive end. Brooks could lose 10 pounds or stay as a DT and gain 10. Cox and Engabare would need to gain weight and strength. I see...

Re: 2024 Draft Discussion
Taking an edge player in the first two rounds would be an incredibly stupid waste of resources in my book. Correct. Re: 2024 Draft Discussion
Is EDGE still on the table in Round 1? I think it may be: --> We lost Enagbare. He is probably out for most of next year. So we lose one of our pass-rush specialists. --> Even if we bring Smith back, his value is mainly what he brings against the run. --> LVN was a very raw prospect. He looked good...

Re: 2024 Draft Discussion
I do think that the Pack will grab a FA Safety this year. 1. There are some legit good ones likely to be available. 2. Team expectations for 2024 are the highest (Super Bowl) and legitimate. 3. We need a strong backend to make that possible or even likely. 4. We don't have that with our current ros...

Re: 2024 Draft Discussion
Here are some more bodies to consider. image.png I would puke if that's how it went with the 1st 3 picks. Just awful. No safety day 1 period. Just not worth the pick. Paul is really sloppy. GB wouldn't take him anyway. Okay. How do you feel about it otherwise? ;-) That's why it's a mock. I don't pu...

Re: Backthepack Feb new DC mock
Football has changed over the last 50 years. The days of just being big at RB are long gone. You need to be able to move. Hell I can't remember the LBer but he said Jones runs harder and packs a bigger punch then Dillon. Give me the sports car at 90 over a dump truck at 20 Hunt is another smaller ba...

Re: Backthepack Feb new DC mock
Jonathan Brooks suffered an ACL injury in early November. So drafting him would probably put him as an October return which is in line with a PUP status. I think Brooks is the best RB in this class. The unknown is how he will be after the ACL but I wouldn't be upset if we took him at all. My next o...

Re: Backthepack Feb new DC mock
I think we should look to add CB talent but 1st round I think is a poor investment. Jaire is here for the long haul. He’s too early into his contract to move on. Carrie from Valentine looks to be a capable starter. He got a lot of work outside during the season and inside during camp and preseason....
