Picking up where they left off on D, huh? :|

Also, they're trotting out some UDFA (Barnes) at ILB2? Yeah okay, I am officially calling it now: Burks = BUST!!!

Okay, good drive. I like how they kept it moving. I wanted 7 but glad we put some points on the board to start off.

That said, aren't the first plays scripted? A little annoying that they have to keep taking it down to :01 (letting the DL/blitz tee off).

Re: Superbowl odds. May 27 update.

So if we lose on the road to the 3 teams ranked ahead of us (49ers, Saints and Buccaneers) and split with the Vikings and win our home games, we'll go 12-4 assuming there will be a complete 16 game 2020 regular season. And host at least one playoff game at Lambeau Field  Why would we split ag...

Re: 2020 Bold Predictions

Rodgers 2020 MVP. Keke is starting DT2 by mid-season. Bakhtiari gets extended before year's end and gets PAIDt!! Jones probably is a goner. Gary with double-digit sacks, vindicates me for defending him. #GaryGang Bobert Tonyo doubles Jimmy Gramma's yardage last year, give or take <100 yards. (... I ...

Re: Packers Roster Cut Downs

'Surprised that Taylor got the last WR spot and, to a lesser extent, that they cut Samuels. No real shockers, though. I've always felt like training camp predominates the staff's decision for who to cut and who to keep, with preseason being more of a "tie-breaking" process for the back end...

Re: General Packers News 2020

Let me go on the record and say -- at risk of eating crow later -- that I am still a Burks skeptic. I have also been a Jackson skeptic but I could see him turning it around and am 50/50 on it. Burks, though? Nope, not getting fooled by the positive offseason reviews for one for 1 second.

Re: 2020 Training Camp

Fingers-crossed it's Keke!

And hasn't Linsley been out, while it has been hinted that Jake Hanson is higher up on the depth chart than people think?

Re: 2020 Training Camp

JoJax turning things around would not only make our 2018 draft more palatable, but puts less pressure on us to bring back King.

Wow, the similarities are pretty uncanny.

I kinda felt like Tonyan had more of a shot at TE1 than many may have thought.

Re: MUST-WATCH: OLB Coach Mike Smith Presser

Part of my spirited defense of the Gary pick was that the guy not only had elite talent, but that this setting was ideal for getting that talent to pan out, with Smith being a big part of making the environment ideal.

Re: Video Game Thread

'Not a big gamer. I did get into TF2 a few years back and was into the two bigger BioWare franchises until EA ruined their studio. But I have September 17th circled on my calendar for Cyberpunk 2077, hopefully it can provide the experience I used to enjoy from BW. Who knows, we'll see...
