Re: Round 2 (62) - A.J. Dillon, RB Boston College
My problem with Lacy was we had a few trips inside the 3 yardline. When we needed a yard, Lacy couldn't deliver. That one game....it will haunt us forever. As I remember, the holes (har har) were just not there. I don't blame our RB or even the OL, that was one stout D and you gotta hand it to them...

Re: Rank the Roster 2020: #33
The only people I will for sure rank Love ahead of are Josh Jackson and Oren Burks. Love will not see the field, but is a lock to make the roster and if he did see the field, I am confident he would make at least some good plays. Jackson and/or Burks are not safe bets to make the roster anymore and ...

Re: General Packers News 2020
If Dexter Williams gets his act together, Jamaal Williams would basically be expendable.
But Dexter Williams's main problem has always been Dexter Williams.

Re: Rank the Roster 2020: #32
I like Keke and Runyan here. I will go with Keke: a year under his belt and much weaker competition to seeing the field give him the nod for me. It's starting to seem like I won't vie for a single roomie before he's selected by the board. I genuinely put Deguara and Runyan on my list of the five pl...

Re: Cheese Curds - 2020 - News Around The League
I feel like this move merely improves the Pats from trash to mediocrity next year (but a lot more watchable than a Stidham QB'd offense, which probably makes the move well worth it for them).

Re: Rank the Roster 2020: #31
Honestly, with our current interior depth and questions about OT, I'm not even sure Runyan ois a guard for sure. Clack him up and see how he performs at RT, move him inside as a backup plan next year. The dude held Chase Young to 2 tables and 0 sacks as a LT. We all thought Bakhtiari was a center w...

Re: Rank the Roster 2020: #31
I went with our starting RG before December. I could also soo voting for Tonyan and Love but Runyan is more valuable as the starting RG than the 2nd TE. As for Love, I am going to assume that Rodgers will not get hurt this year so Love's value is to keep Rodgers' arrogance under control. Hard to me...

Re: Rank the Roster 2020: #30 Runoff
I genuinely HOPE Deguara deserves this spot. I just don't expeect much from rookies in general under MLF and from rookie TEs especially in any system. I'm with you there, it's not only hard to vote for him because he's a rookie TE, but because who's in front of him too. This offense is going to see...

Re: Rank the Roster 2020: #30 Runoff
Both solid options, I expect both will get similar amounts of playing time when on the field, am leaning Deguara because he seems more likely to get on the field sooner and to impact the game positively. CB is a lot tougher to predict because you can go from looking good to stinky almost without war...

Re: Rank the Roster 2020: #30
Lewis has a role; he's a strong blocking TE and we are gonna pound the run on offense. Plus, by all accounts, he's a very positive locker-room presence. I don't see us cutting him. With that said, a guy who's strictly a blocking specialist and "spiritual leader" is a niche player not to be...

Re: Rank the Roster 2020: #29
I am gonna take a chance on Deguara . Rookie TEs do not contribute much early but Deguara looks like he could buck that trend. 'Sounds like he is smart, experienced, versatile, and will be altogether very hard to keep off the field. I would like to think that Tonyan is ready to take the next step b...

Re: Rank the Roster 2020: #28
Only ONE player in this group of Packers #1 WRs over the years took a traditional rookie impact, steady progression improvement to the #1 slot. The rest all had 2-3 years of little to middling success followed by large steps forward. That doesn't mean MVS and EQSB WILL jump, but it means either of ...

Re: Rank the Roster 2020: #28
Really? MVS? The 5th WR after Adams and Lazard and ESB and somebody from the group? It is possible of course that he has had his eyes medically repaired and now he can see the ball when it leaves the QB's hands. I don't think there is any other possible excuse and I don't think he makes the 53 if h...
