Re: Cheese Curds - 2020 - News Around The League
$2 Mahomes = $2 $5 Sanders = $7 $5 Moss = $12 $1 Fitz = $13 $2 Gates = $15 ... or the team NCF assembled. Mahomes is as physically talented as any of them while also proving this year that he can rally his team to wins in high-stakes situations the way Brady and Montana could (both of whom are not a...

Re: Cheese Curds - 2020 - News Around The League
Rams went all-in/Win Now within Goff's rookie deal window. That's all there is to it (also, hype up the team for its new city).
I don't care for that approach, but I get it.

Re: Aaron Jones - prepping to get paid
I rather use that mid-round pick on an IOL to replace Turner or for that matter Linsley (will also be a FA soon) than to replace Jones. We have had a better track record drafting OL than RBs (albeit, when under different mgmt and different coaches), and it'll make life easier for whichever RB is bac...

Re: 2020 Positional Draft Talk - ILB
If the Packers were to switch to a 4-3 then we would likely see Clark and Lowery as DT's and Z and Preston as DE's. I have no problem with that. But who can play LB? The Packers would need 3 LB's and most likely they have none that are more then JAGs. Plus, MLB become a critical position demanding ...

Re: How you became a fan
I don't see myself watching football much longer, for a host of reasons Glad you finally found your way over!! Now, for not watching football... Like, such as? *snip* Thanks! :) People's interests change. It is what it is. I am curious about how Rodgers's story will end. After that, I may still fol...

Re: 2020 Positional Draft Talk - ILB
Usually, I am all about athletic ability in draft prospects, but ILB is one of the few positions where I make an exception. If I can't get a guy who's the total package, then give me the ready-now player. At this point, even Des Bishop would be a big help. No more of these project athlete types like...

Re: Aaron Jones - prepping to get paid
I would put Jones above Linsley, as far as FA priorities go. He and King are close, but Jones has been more reliably available. I think Jones has four more very productive years left in him after this next one. I could take or leave him, personally. On one hand, the pure production could be replaced...

Re: Cheese Curds - 2020 - News Around The League
Shelby Harris back to den for 1 year. 2.5 mil. Man we could have swung that. Huge upgrade to both lancaster and lowery I played high-school football with him, still Facebook friends to this day. It would have been awesome to see him play here, definitely a better talent than what we have behind Cla...

Re: How you became a fan
Growing up in Racine, WI, I was old enough to (vaguely) remember '96's excitement, but not old enough to have really appreciated what it meant. That was around the time I became conscious of the Packers and the names of the big stars, namely Brett Favre and Reggie White. My dad used to watch the gam...
