Congrats Labrev!
Considering jumping on this monitor. I don't game much anymore, but I've been in the market for a larger monitor (24's now) for my home PC and for work. Just wondering if its overkill if all I do is office work on it.

I got a 32" moniter for work and it is absolutely not overkill. I think its a great size to be honest.
I have entertained the idea of getting 2, or getting one a little bigger. I think I would absolutely love a 40" if I could get a work laptop that would support 4K. Big screen is awesome, but would love more working space.
Space is a huge need these days. Just the size of the spreadsheets I work with, and amount of them. I just wonder if I could save a few bucks on a cheaper 32 not necessarily made for gaming. I should just buy 2 and be done with it!BF004 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2022 12:56I got a 32" moniter for work and it is absolutely not overkill. I think its a great size to be honest.

For my work setup, I'm hoping to have a 32 in the middle and flanked by two 24's. Right now I'm on two 24's plus my Ultrabook screen (which is useless).

I got my 32”, work gave me a 27”, and I have my laptop monitor up. Then usually the forum up on my home laptop.
But yeah. Should be able a 32” for ~200 I would think. I don’t game, watch occasional videos, and I’m totally happy with mine and it was basically the cheapest one I could find.

I'll be 42 soon. Today is the first time I bought a recliner, a new one, just for me. Every other chair I've ever owned was used.
Gets delivered Thursday. My wife will not like it. It'll be too big and too ugly. I at least picked a color that will go with the room.
Next step, office chair.

Really? I had my first recliner at 27. It's all torn apart now but it's done its job. $300 or somewhere around there.paco wrote: ↑03 Sep 2022 17:40I'll be 42 soon. Today is the first time I bought a recliner, a new one, just for me. Every other chair I've ever owned was used.

Yep, lots of 2nd hand stuff, and things that fit the decorating scheme better. We bought a new couch twice. Hate the one we have now. But thats what happens when I let her make the choices.Trudge wrote: ↑03 Sep 2022 21:40Really? I had my first recliner at 27. If you look at the real picture it'll show you China horribly recreated them.
Or...they didn't! Honestly got me wondering...I'll be back.
