2020 Dynasty League Discussion

Cheesy topics (like the Cheese Curds thread) go here. Topics that aren't Packer related will be moved here as well.

Mmmm.... cheese.

Whew, that was so fast I accidentally PMed backthepack after he had picked, haha.

Great picks, both of them. Reagor was my original target at 10 before Ruggs dropped. Reagor may actually be better for fantasy--going to be a high volume player. Jefferson is a perfect player for this league. Just the Vikings thing pushed him down my board, like some others I suspect. Anyone in this league who can be unbiased by Packers players and/or their rivals is going to hit gold from time to time.

OOF, I definitely should have taken that trade 23 offered me.

I was really hoping either Dillon or Akers made it to pick 17 for me. I may be in some RB trouble.

Have a few PM's out right now and am likely to sell this pick. If any others are interested, join the fray and make me an offer.

While we wait for NCF to announce whatever trade he's working on, the FOLLOWING pick, #17, has been dealt under the terms below:

To be fair, I’ve been working with YoHo back and forth all day as well.

I am feeling pretty low about my errors in reading the board and moving accordingly and finding the right value for my trades and my preferred picks.

My first round had me riding high. I thought I would for sure also get Akers OR Pittman. I overreacted to missing on Akers and cost myself Pittman.

I'll feel good heading into next year's draft with my extra 1 and 2. But at this moment, whew. I have not managed my resources well.

I was torn between Aiyuk and Pittman. Actually, I think Aiyuk is a better player and fit, but I have Deebo and Kittle, so worried about over-saturating my roster from one team. Pittman would have paired nicely with Parris Campbell, who I also have.

I think you raked with the trade to get another 1st though. good move on your part. The talent is dropping off around this point. still some nice players but not like the top imo

Thought about it a bunch and stuck with my board, taking Vaughn.

I have the disappointing Ronald Jones, so I got the Bucs 1, 2 punch now at RB. Hope one of these idiots does something.

This concludes my draft. Tua, Lamb, Reagor, Vaughn

I got 4 picks next year, my 1st and 2nd and Nick's 1st and 2nd. Also have his 2022 2nd.

Makes sense as a handcuff; glad you took him because I was a little tempted to and I have some rough Senior Bowl reviews stuck in my head that make me wary. But having the setup in which one of the two of those guys likely ends up with starter reps is a solid arrangement.

Kind of disappointed I guess I ended up with my 17th ranked player at pick 18

Cam Akers only guy not in my top 17 who was picked.

At 37 players, need to cut 8 of them

Fingers crossed a couple end up on IR

I'll have a cutdown "problem" too, but like, the guys I have filling up the bench going into the offseason, it's not really a problem, unfortunately.

I'm not sure what I can expect out of Gibson, especially in year one, but if he's anything like healthy Chris Thompson in this offense, he's worth it in a PPR league

I can't believe based on the pre-draft love-fest that Denzel Mims lasted until the 3rd round in this league!

There are seven picks before I pick again, but after that, I have 6 of the final 12 picks.

I liked him quite a bit, but sometimes I’m not willing to think I know more than 32 NFL general managers. :aok:
