Packers @ Buccaneers GDT: Sunday, Sept. 25th, 3:25 PM CST

This game has L written all over it. Like other such games, I'm still hopeful we somehow get the surprise win, but early-season Florida games are our kryptonite. And Bruce Arians is our kryptonite. And this game has both of those things. Maybe their decimated offense really will make a difference.
Dean has played 61% of D snaps, which is more than I thought, plus some on STs, but has been invisible in both and bad.
Overpaid, but that's a significant snap count.

Add to that his 2021 snap count was 62.47% and 2020 was 58.52%. he has not been playing particularly well this far, but he isn't losing snaps to anyone.

If he goes we will see how he does and how long he lasts.
Is Bakh even going to be good anymore?
Wasnt that a procedure or two ago?

I can’t imagine Bak being a bad LT. Maybe he is all pro anymore. That remains to be seen and probably likely. But there’s no way he’s going to be a bad OT.

I would be totally okay if they rotate in Nijman for a few series this week. Seems like he should be a pretty plug and play guy by now. Just no way David is in game shape and in the 90°heat, just nearly impossible for him to be running on all cylinders in the 2nd half. And just limit the use on the knee a bit too week 1.
Schefter reporting Bakh will give it a go, as well.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Packers LT David Bakhtiari (knee) is expected to play Week 3 against the Bucs.
Bakhtiari has struggled to get back on the field following a 2020 ACL tear, playing in just one game last season and missing the first two weeks of this one. He was able to get in some limited practices this week, however, and is apparently healthy enough to give it a go against the Bucs. If he can return to his pre-injury form, Bakhtiari will offer a big boost to Green Bay's offense.
So much for getting the young guy involved…
Cobb is now slow but he can catch. Watson is fast but can't catch. Also not a good sign that he can't get on the field at, what, age 23? At least we got a few good years out of Javon Walker, don't think we'll get that out of Watson.
If that reporting is correct, it sounds like it is too soon and there is a good chance playing does more harm than good. And his limited practice so far is a sign it is too soon. That is a very similar message to what we heard last year before Detroit.APB wrote: ↑25 Sep 2022 07:46Schefter reporting Bakh will give it a go, as well.

I now think this will be a turnover battle decided game. Looking for some astounding BJ RAJI INT type play to seal the deal (for the Packers) in Tampa this afternoon. Just sayin'

it's better for you to have a bottle in front of you then a frontal lobotomy, although both would relieve the tensionwallyuwl wrote: ↑25 Sep 2022 12:16Been a long week with a longer one ahead. It's time for Bakh to play, if he has a set back I'd rather learn about it now versus another month into the season
