Percent of vote the winner got will be in parenthesis, position change vs. 2019 will be in brackets.

Here's how this works:

Each day there is a new thread/poll, starting at #1, on down to whereever we get. The whole point of this exercise is to have something to talk about in the lean news months to carry us to camp. Each poll will be open for voting for 24 hours. New threads will only be created on weekdays. Ties will cause a runoff poll.

Simply voting is not enough!

Post why you voted for who you did and provide a player to add to the next poll (every poll will be a list of 10 guys, a new player is added to the list each day).

Here's the thing. There is no criteria. This is an exercise to foster discussion therefore there are no clear criteria for ranking. Who is better right now? Who will have the best season? Who was better last year? Sort of a combo of them all? Do you take positional value into account? It really doesn't matter.

We still don't have ILB#2 up yet, who likely will start games and will play quite a bit.

Burks or Martin

Burks sucks, and hasn't shown any glimpses of hope, despite his good workout #'s.

Martin is a rookie, and though his workout #'s don't seem great, he produced.

Martin is my pick between them. ILB is one of the easier spots for a rookie to come in an play. And the spot is wide open.

Jordan Love is still on the poll, just FYI

I can roll with Martin here. I could also go Tonyan. He has flashed some ability, and coming into his third season (whenever it ends up being played, mind you), it's kinda now or never for him with this team. I think he may have more of a shot at it than people expect.

If you voted Lane Taylor, you may as well vote for Lucas Patrick -- both played last year (very little) and Patrick looked like much less of a liability. As far as OL on the list go, Runyan is probably the most talented and has been solid in college.

Love is still on the poll but was the last selection.

Really not sure who to go with here, it is getting into the "who?" territory.

Wanted to vote Love again, just because.

Went with Runyan. Was between him and kamal, like both of them.

Martin for sure. #2 ILB in all likelihood.

Ooops, messed that up. Also forgot to make it two days for the weekend. Fail.

Fixing it though wiped everyones votes. Need to redo your picks.

Even if Martin winds up being ILB #2, I don't expect he would be on the field all that much.

Runyan for me.
