Couldn't find this in the thread but on the Rasul fumble recovery, was the illegal contact penalty a reasonable call? Or did we get screwed? McCarren said it was ticky-tack on the radio.
Our defender was inside leverage. The WR literally turned and ran into him. Our defender put up his arms in anticipation (or response). Yes, there was contact. But the refs need to decide whether the defender has any right to occupy space on the field or not. Apparently, the defender does not have that right. So, they called the flag. In real time, the ref might’ve thought that the defender maintained contact past the 5 yard limit or whatever. But the replay, I believe, removes ALL doubt. Our defender literally did not one thing except occupy the space that the WR ran into. And he got flagged for it. It was worse than a bad call.
Come on down and try some of our delicious green chili! Best in the world!

2020 Tonyan appears to be the outlier, not the norm. I said he sucked in 2019 and wouldn’t amount to much. I said I was wrong in 2020. Truth seems somewhere in the middle.

Tonyan is just an average TE. Pretty poor blocker. Good hands. Ok athleticism. He for sure needs to be upgraded upon. Deguara is bad. Mercedes Lewis is omega bad.
Cancelled by the forum elites.

Yeah he’s become better than I thought he would. But he’s not a top TE or at the level where we should stop looking. He’s fine for his pay, but I wouldn’t break the bank to keep him.

Going into the game Washington was in the bottom 3 of perfect coverage play rate.

There is more evidence mounting that defenses can dictate what the Packers do and/or know what is coming based on their pre-snap alignment.

Yep, becoming pretty clear when some the league's worst defense's are having great days against this Packer offense. It starts with Matt LeFluer and Adam Stenovich. Those two need to do a serious self-scout of themselves. It also manifests though Aaron Rodgers and his predictable tendencies when given certain looks. Defenses know all too well what he likes to do when presented certain looks and they're ready for him.

Yes, the receivers could be better, too, but their collective performances are way down the problem list if the other team knows what is coming and has the perfect defensive call to defend a route tree they know is coming.
