I’m concerned with Watsons availability. If it’s not one thing it’s another with him. He missed a lot of time this season. To me WR is just as much a priority again this off-season.

Barry was asked about Savage at his presser today

DC Joe Barry said S Darnell Savage played fast and physical and the communication was good when he was in the game against the #Dolphins. Said Savage didn't like being benched earlier in the season but was determined to keep grinding and took coaching. He credits Savage's work ethic after being benched: "He was resilient. He came in every day, and he didn't like it, but he grinded through and worked."

Palmy - "Very few have the ability to truly excel regardless of system. For many the system is the difference between being just a guy or an NFL starter. Fact is, everyone is talented at this level."

Translation, he quit on me earlier, I benched him, he didn't like it, but he knows I'am the boss and like his team mates who also can't stand me will play for personal pride. :)

If Watson plays, we win.
And Nixon to shorten the field.

Barry should be fired for mentioning Savage and Physical is the same sound bite. Hilarious.

Let's hope Cheffers got the word from the NFL they want the Packers in the playoffs.

Other fan bases believe this to be true anyway. We might as well own it...

It's amazing the effect a little accountability can have on a player/unit/team.

The hype meter is going to be inflated or deflated dramatically depending on what happens in the 1pm game with the commies game, because I think there final week opponent will rest starters.

I think the Cowboys backups would still be favored over the Commanders week 18.

It looks like neither of them practiced on Wednesday or Thursday. If they don't today I don't think we'll see them play on Sunday. :(

Would be smart of the cowboys to lose on purpose so they can play the commies in the playoffs instead of potentially playing the packers

The Packers lunatic fringe is more visible because of sheer numbers. The Packers have one of the largest fan bases in all of sports. If the fringe percentage is the same as with other teams, then we end up with larger volumes of nut jobs. - JustJeff

I love Lambeau field, old city stadium, My Uncle, Cousin, Father and I where at the first game ever played there in 57, sec. 122, row 40, funny how I can remember something over 60 years ago, but can't remember where the heck I set my phone down a hour ago :rotf:

Thanks for the pic's Bogey :aok:

I think it was the playoff game vs the Seahawks in January 2020 when the officials stayed at my hotel. A limo picked them up for dinner the night before. Clete Blakeman was the referree.

:rotf: Savage has the utility of Nick Perry. Which basically means he's lucky to have a roster spot and paycheck.

Bogey is awesome.

Yoop. My first game was November 12, 1967. Section 14 Row 2 at County Stadium. My grandpa took me to that game. Funny how we remember these things.

Its weird aint it? The Packers some times remind me of the parent who just keeps letting their children act up at the restaurant but dont do anything about it. To me its been pretty clear since early on that Savage doesnt have much interest in being physical or tackling. The Packers should have stepped in a long time ago. Instead they rewarded him with a fully guaranteed year.
