I was about to ask the very same...
I was thinking 1st and 10... 2nd and 4 to 6... 3rd and 4 to 6... something along those lines where 2nd or 3rd and Long would not be neutral and 2nd or 3rd and 1 would be an advantageous position.

thats why these type graphs confuse me more then inform, always something left up to the imagination, simply ranking I guess is to easy.
