So he gets another crack and coaching Rasul.
Not sure Joe Barry is the guy we need at DC, but hopefully surrounding him with staff that all buy into the same ticket might help. Not sure if that will be the case, but hopefully.

It's really hard to actually have any idea if a coach is a good hire or not. We supposedly had one of the best secondary coaches in the league in 2022 and our secondary was well below expectations when considering talent, tenure, experience, etc.
So I always just take the approach of celebrating coaching hires because being a negative Nancy about them doesn't do any good.

So he has served under Chuck Pagano and then more recently Vance Joseph, two pretty good D-Coord's.
I can dig it!
I can dig it!

with all that happened concerning communication break downs, Savage basically quitting, Alexanders out pouring of angst with the coverage schemes, then what appeared to be a smoothing out during the bye, and better play in the next couple games till the final chit show against Detroit.go pak go wrote: ↑08 Feb 2023 12:49It's really hard to actually have any idea if a coach is a good hire or not. and comments lately, seems like personal differences where the crux between Barry and Gray.
hopefully Barry and Williams see eye to eye, Williams has a more successful resume then Barry, so Barry needs to allow Williams plenty of lee way designing our coverage schemes
