Each day there is a new thread/poll, starting at #1, on down to whereever we get. The whole point of this exercise is to have something to talk about in the lean news months to carry us to camp. Each poll will be open for voting for 24 hours. New threads will only be created on weekdays. Ties will cause a runoff poll.

Post why you voted for who you did and provide a player to add to the next poll (every poll will be a list of 10 guys, a new player is added to the list each day).

Here's the thing. There is no criteria. This is an exercise to foster discussion therefore there are no clear criteria for ranking. Who is better right now? Who will have the best season? Who was better last year? Sort of a combo of them all? Do you take positional value into account? It really doesn't matter.

Kinda ran out of steam here at the end, but with camp starting its time to wrap it up. Not sure if the season is going to make it, but they are going to give it a go.

With it being the final one, I'll vote semi-symbolically for vernon Scott because I like him a lot and want him on the list all else being equal. Though I could def see him being a PS stash, his immediate ST ability and potential ceiling down the road at S makes him a YoHo favorie.

According to who? CB4 (Sullivan) and S3 (Redmond) played more than iLB2 last year (Goodson). Kirksey is the starter at ILB Burks is in an open competition with Bolton, Martin, and Summers to be a defensive role player.

-20 appears to be a new record, edging out -19 by Davon House and -18 from Kyler Fackrell, both of which came two years ago.

I changed my mind: I vote to get Burks ranked on here so all who look back will see his -15 drop!

Sure, but first, my point is that a WR we consider a bit player played more snaps than Goodson, our ILB2 and Burks, our ILB3 combined last year. So the point is that even winning the ILB2 role would leave him with a very small role.

Secondly, Burks isn't a rookie; he's a 3rd-year player

Josh Jackson played twice as many snaps at a deep CB position as Burks did at a wide-open LB position last year.

Lot of talk about that 2nd tier, 2-6, with Davante, Jones, Bak, Clark and Z. But I think a new tier now, 2-4. Davante definitely #2, but welcome to the top tier Mr. Alexander. I’d put Bak 4.

Then the a new tier with Clark, Z, Linsley and Aaron Jones.

Savage, Gary, Billy Turner and Tonyan likely to be biggest jumps next year.

Preston should go down if he’s back.

Lot of top end talent on this team.

No mention of Jenkins? I personally think he deserves a seat at that tier 2 table but inarguably deserves mention in that next tier group you listed. Dude is balling it at multiple positions and is available. His value on this roster, particularly in terms of the flexibility he provides, is extremely high.

No mention of Jenkins? I personally think he deserves a seat at that tier 2 table but inarguably deserves mention in that next tier group you listed. Dude is balling it at multiple positions and is available. His value on this roster, particularly in terms of the flexibility he provides, is extremely high.

I mean he was already ranked 9, which was fair, don’t think he’ll go up much.

Cant even put him in the top 3 on offense. Possibly only 6th best offensive player, right there with Linsley and Jones at the moment.
