Lions doing everything right.

RB and off ball LB with nearly 3000 points of Jimmy Johnson draft capital.

Lukas Van Ness was the Consensus Big Board #15 pick. We took him at #13. This wasn't out of the blue at all.
Is anyone implying it was?

Better not be Levis here, Kyle Trask needs his shot, as a proud dynasty owner.

Lions with 2 good players, but both reaches. Though maybe not in this draft.

I love Jack Campbell. Not sure he is worth this high but I would have certainly preferred him to Quay.

I think a few are, yes.

I’m looking forward at the peeps to see if Guty might like someone worth trading back up into the 1st. Short list. Here are some ideas.

Nolan Smith?
Deonte Banks?
Anudike-Uzomah?
Harrison?
Maybe somebody else. But I don’t see us trading up at all. More likely to trade back with our 2nd pick.
Come on down and try some of our delicious green chili! Best in the world!

Jack Campbell is gonna be in our division fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu---. That's a paradigm-shifting good player right there, redeems DET's earlier stupid RB pick.

I like Campbell better than I like Quay, so.... :idn:

I think Quay is fine and will be good. But I know Campbell will be.

Ya I’m not sure there are true reaches in this draft. If you like a guy, go get your guy. I’m just surprised they went RB after bringing in Montgomery and having others already on the roster

It does say something that we are now at 20 and JSN is still available. Smart teams and dumb teams, eventually the smart teams scoop up the real value drops.

I'm game, would be just like the Watson trade up, to an extent.

The run on pass catchers likely going to start with Chargers.
