When you draft we'll multiple years and do well in FA and don't make bad contracts for your own guys, you can draft that way (same as Eagles did). But when your GM is a moron you can't do that.

So what's up with Nolan Smith? Wasn't he a guaranteed top 10?

I expect a run on CBs too with Porter, Banks, Smith, and Ringo out there.

I think his post-combine stock hike overreacted. He was solidly considered around 25-40 in the BJ Ojulari range until he crushed it in Indy.

So maybe that was more media overreaction than real stock rise. Well, obviously, so.
