I could live with this.

And I would miss Mayer, but I’d laugh my ass off if the Lions spent 2 top 18 picks, 3 top 34 picks, and they get a RB, TE and off ball LB.

LaPorta first 2nd round TE. Was higher on him than some, but surprised. Lions positional value off the charts bad.
Positional value chart is in the eye of the beholder
Yeah looks like lions looking for contributors to win now.

Not really, no. Contracts pretty much tell the story.

Might have to make a move for Washington if he's the guy.

I have to wonder if the RAiders don’t trade up if Lions pick a non-TE. But with the TE run beginning…

So, Packers. What will you do? Will you also trade up?

So many I like yet, personally, I don't see a huge need to trade up with Mayer off the board.

Rams reported to have tried to move up for Kincaid yesterday. Probably knew they would go Mayer there as well.

We usually aren’t shy to move up the second. We will if we feel we need to

Sure. Also need to consider that we have 45. That’s two good slots coming up soon (not soon enough for me) for getting Love some help.

Agreed. With Mayer off the board I don’t have anyone pressing to move for. Just wait a little longer. Hyatt, Washington, Musgrave, Torrence, Tippman, Benton. There are good and useful players still.

I will say this about Mayer. I like him a lot as TE. But I really like the idea of a faster TE. Get the blocking TE, for sure. But I do think the speed TE is also a necessity. Mayer isn’t that, but he will be very good.

Rams had to take O-line. They may have to take O-line with every other pick they have.

I take TE first. I would be worried about the Jets or Colts taking one because they’re both deep and invested at WR.

Highest level of YoHo want:

Darnell Washington
Jonathan Mingo

YoHo would really like:

Sam LaPorta
Michael Mayer
Matthew Bergeron
Keanu Benton
Tomi Adeboware

Absolutely solid pick that I can't complain about but who doesn't stir emotions in me:

Cedric Tillman
Brian Branch
Cody Mauch
Luke Musgrave
Tucker Kraft
BJ Ojulari (would have been higher if we didn't already take a pass rusher, but they're different players)
Keion White (would have been higher if we didn't already take a pass rusher, but they're different players)

YoHo Disappointment:

Everyone not listed

Would Absolutely Hate in Round Two:
Jalin Hyatt
Hendon Hooker
Will Levis

Mauch/Washington/Musgrave

Hyatt/Mingo/Rice
