Yeah, no standouts. Just about every pick has a negative.

Going to go with Quay. Consistent strong play throughout the game as opposed to one impressive play.

I think I'll go Ford. Had the splash play to open things up and didn't see anything egregious from him afterwards. That, and he definitely fits the underdog mold.

Rudy Ford gets my vote.

Doubs gets my vote. I picked Doubs. Doubs averaged over 10 yards per catch.

Despite the late game penalty on Quay, I think he had a hell of a game. Was all over the field, hitting hard. After last year I wasn't expecting much from Quay so my expecations coming into the season were low/measured for him. Glad he's turned it up.

My vote is for Quay,

We may need to start picking 2 players. One for the unsung hero and the other for worst player in case we have more games where they all suck!

I have half a mind to go Carlson because he was perfect and his kickoffs were better too.

But the 19 tackles for Quay is too many to pass up. I thought he played aggressive all night.

Quay
The Packers lunatic fringe is more visible because of sheer numbers. The Packers have one of the largest fan bases in all of sports. If the fringe percentage is the same as with other teams, then we end up with larger volumes of nut jobs. - JustJeff

doubs was 9-13 targeted catches for 93 yrds, that at least deserves moderate attention

Walker continues to impress and also confuse with his impulsive aggressiveness, double digit tackles again and also a game changing penalty

I don't think Doubs had any negative plays, and his production led the team.

IMHO that makes Doubs the shinning star this week.

NO, but I would consider Earth, Wind, and Fire, as our OL replacements, just maybe defenders would stop beating up on our guys to take a listen, I'am willing to look at any and all alternatives :idn:

Consideration for the waiver wire maybe...

Maybe the greatest quote in NFL history:

After taking in a satisfactory amount of post-game info, I vote Reed.

I'll go with Quay a well. Rudy Ford looked like the early favorite for it but Quay was so consistent throughout.

Going Ford. Quay getting a lot of downfield cleanup tackles and a dumb penalty that gives up more points doesn’t really cut it for me.

Personally, I can't really hold the penalty against him. I don't even think the refs caught it and it was wired in from the eye in the sky in NY central command and they dropped the flag well after the play happened. I know I didn't catch it and once they called it, I vaguely recalled it was a rule. I'd bet many of us are in that same boat.

But overall, he wasn't just cleaning up, he was everywhere and intense.

Considering that he is a late round rookie draft pick, that is damn good, and fits the qualifications for the winner. I will change my vote from Ford to Brooks.
