Lions down 21-0.

They drop to 5-2.

We got 3 losses and play them again.

Not saying, just saying, still pretty much control our own destiny, pending tiebreakers.

Yards 356-43.

Good teams don’t do that.

Come on, even good teams can have bad games.

They don’t though. At least not that bad of games.

A trait of Super Bowl winning teams is consistency, not having too low of lows. When you gotta put together 12-16 quarters of your best football, you can’t have lapses like that, even for a quarter.

The 10-6 team that squeezed into the playoffs and won a Super Bowl in GB was never down more than 7 points the entire season.

I think you meant to say they never lost by more than 7 points, not that they were never down more than 7 pts. At least that’s what I recall from Waldo’s “good team” tracker back in the day.

Nope, I might be wrong, I don’t think I am, but they were never trailing by more than 7 then entire season.

Feel like I’d be willing to trade Wyatt, Van Ness and Quay straight up for Jordan Davis. Can recall an impactful play Van Ness has been in since week 1.

It is true that team never trailed at any point in any game by more than 7 points all season.

The Eagles have gained such a huge advantage with mastering the “tush-push” play. They get to within 1.5 yds of line-of-gain/end zone and it’s virtually a gimme. They run it no matter where they are on the field, too.
