What do we know about Alex Kemp as the referee today?
Not related to Perry.

I rewatched the first half of the Cowboys and Packers. AJ didn't get a lot of rushing yards in the first half. But he had enough to open things up in the second, for sure. I'm hoping he gets some good runs in the first half to take some pressure off Love and the passing game.
Come on down and try some of our delicious green chili! Best in the world!
And in other news. The Green Bay Packers will not have any injury designations for the first time this season when they take on the Houston Texans in Super Bowl 57 on Feb 11thVikingsSuckDotCom wrote: ↑20 Jan 2024 16:31Umm, a little premature!

It dawned on me this morning. I actually care less about whether we win or lose than whether we play them tough. With the exception of 1 game that I can remember (2021 regular season matchup IIRC), SF has physically dominated us for the last 15 or so years. If we’re going to go down against a better team, so be it, but I want us to at least make like lupe and take a handful of 49er teeth with us before we with the pavement. Leave it all on the field Packers, that’s all I ask of you today.

It won't define the season as successful or not, but yes I seriously will be sad if they lose and out of mind happy if they win.
Shanny and multiple players implied it. Nothing manufactured.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑20 Jan 2024 09:16Honestly that comment was sort of taken out of context and skewed to mean something it didn't.Scott4Pack wrote: ↑20 Jan 2024 08:45Wait a doggone second. If anyone wants to call Love a "System QB" that's well and fine. But they shouldn't forget that Purdy is the epitome of a "system QB." His best skill is probably his decision making, not arm strength, quickness, or other physical skills. He runs their system to almost perfection (at least on the majority of days).wallyuwl wrote: ↑19 Jan 2024 19:29I wasn't real confident about last week. Dallas had been so good at home. I am confident about this week. The rainy and windy weather will give Purdy problems (not a great arm, small hands). SF skill players and rushers rely more on quick feet and leverage, which a wet field neutralizes a bit. Also, I have heard a lot of talk from SF coaches/players implying Love is a system QB. They are in for a big surprise. There is also that most SF starters have not played in 3 weeks.
It was, by many interpretations, more of a dig against Rodgers for NOT playing within the structure and taking what was there. The comment was that they've played Rodgers who plays outside the system and now they're playing Love who plays within the system; just pointing out that they present different challenges. It wasn't a knock on Love.
Fans need to stop manufacturing slights like we're Michael Jordan out there. It's silly.

Heard a reporter on the field during an earlier pregame show say at kickoff it is supposed to be "pouring." Very little talk about the weather. It will be a big part of the game and advantages Packers.
Knowing what you have posted about your background, I will trust your judgement on this. Hope you’re right.

I hope Matt has plenty of run plays in his playsheet tonight, because we are gonna need to play it that way given the conditions.
I felt like that should be the plan regardless, we win pretty much anytime Jones get 21 or more touches (or something like that), and he is playing the best football of his life. He had just about all season to rest up, now ride him to victory over this three week stretch... and make sure to remind him to keep that ball nice and snug.

Lots of talk about the weather.
Apparently rain is a big deal for Purdy and he has clusters of turnovers in rain games, presumably due to his smaller hands.
So we’ll see. Apparently the rain has been on and off but is expected to continue coming and going tonight.
Definitely will be a factor. But while the Purdy-in-the-rain story is reported, we really don’t know how the packers play in the rain

Feel like Malik Heath could have been useful in the slop, but he is inactive, as is AJ Dillon.
