From Lambeau to Lombardi, Holmgren, McCarthy and LaFleur and from Starr to Favre, Rodgers and now Jordan Love we’re talking Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers football. This Packers Forum is the place to talk NFL football and everything Packers. So, pull up a keyboard, make yourself at home and let’s talk some Packers football.
I agree. Wilson made an impossible play. Unfortunately no one picked him. So Robert Books who sacrificed a finger to deflect that kick.
Unlike TheSkeptic who clearly has a concussion and think Robert Brooks is still playing...
I'm voting for Karl Brooks. He had a solid game and the blocked kick could have been a back breaker and won us the game (had it not been for ineptitude in a lot of other areas).
I don't see anyone else who earns a vote over him.
Offensive Line, I guess? No real egregious errors, did a nice job blocking for Aaron Jones against a front seven we have historically struggled to establish any kind of running game, let up a little pressure but to me more of a failure of Matt getting imbalanced and not running the ball enough, especially after having to sub Tom out with Nijman.

If Savage got that pick 6 - easy choice (and we win the game)
If Anders doesn't miss the FG, I would pick him for nailing the bad snap kick.
If a defensive player would have stepped up and made a stop on that last drive . . .
I was going to go offensive line while wating in 3rd quarter. They did very well for 65% of the game against an outstanding front 7. Had they maintained we win so . . .
So I'm going Karl Brooks. Capping off an impressive rookie year by a late round pick.
I was clearly thinking I was going to vote for Kenny Clark. He was all over the field, hustling on every play. But...
Nixon gave us a bit of a spark on teams, but that's about it.
Wooden blocked a kick, which was great, but nothing else stands out.
I feel like I should pick a defensive player given how ineffective the 49ers offense was, but nobody (other than Clark) really stood out for me as having an awesome day. 49ers continued to soil the sheets on their own and don't think it was due to an elevated level of defensive play.
I'm going with an unconventional pick of Aaron Jones (expectations, blah blah blah). He is the reason we were in that game. Love had an off day and our offense needed to continue to run through him. It's not his fault that (1) Tom was injured and/or (2) MLF went away from him. He was the shining star on the day.
If he isn't playing for the Packers next year, I may cry a little. What an awesome talent and even better human being.
