Caleb williams is an absolute dumbass or is hiding something. It makes no sense not to do the medicals.

I think he's a bust but he's not helping his cause.

I think he just needs to go to a good organization that will bench him and teach him and humble him for a year.

But he won’t.

For someone being hyped up to near Andrew Luck levels, can’t say Caleb Williams has done a single thing I can recall that reinforces that.

He’s so much like Mahomes as a prospect. Mahomes went, what, 11th? For a reason. But people see what Mahomes turned into and they want to make him that right away, so a top pick.

He has ELITE arm talent. He can do insane things with the ball. But he needs to learn more how to play within the scheme and system in rhythm. That’s teachable. What he can do off schedule and on the move isn’t teachable.

But you can’t just take the unteachable traits without a plan to teach the teachable stuff.

Good points. Teachable and the ability to learn/take coaching will be key.

I do agree with all that, and makes me happy I guess. Just means Chicago will be picking a QB again in 2027. They will destroy him.

Admittedly, he’s not giving coachable vibes. But pubic vibes aren’t a sufficient evaluation really.

I need to follow the QB process more closely than I am for my dynasty pick. I keep forgetting that with Love on hand I still have to evaluate top QB prospects. Ugh.

Latu's lower half like like a horse. He's smooth. Really cool to see a few years ago they thought he was done

My draft crush Robinson didn't run good (nice vert) but his on field and tape are his ticket.

Not bad for other board draft crushes, either

That's my dude. Sure tackler, good in space and can blitz. Grew up 10 miles from me and I'm close with his HS coach. The kid works hard and a team player.

I like gray from UNC also. He's a nice will in the 4-3 look I think.

Just came to share Wilson’s 40.

Haven’t said it yet, but he’s been my #1 LB target, through albeit limited study, but he’s always jumped out to me.

I heard a quote from one of his coaches at NCSt said he's the hardest worker he's ever coached. His injury history is absolutely insane risky, but if it pushes him to the late 3rd or better early 4th, I'm obsessed. Before that, I'm a little leery of the medicals. Definitely the most important aspect of the combine for him

I'm not even sure how you measure that...

Just retaining Eberflus, it is so clear to see the eventual progression. Struggles Year 1, forcing him to play too early. Eberflus gets canned. New offensive system in Year 2 or Year 3. Inability to develop pieces around him despite numerous resources to do so. 5th-year option/Extension questions and eventually moved on from. All of that to go with the typical April - August MVP dark horse/Chicago Super Bowl talk. I can't wait.
