That is a pretty big FG, actually. Sucks.

We give up 3 but they gifted us 7, so...

See?
This is the game I expected. A few red zone struggles and a bad first drive didn't change the overall dynamic.
Shame to give up the cheap 3 at the end there, though. Especially with them getting the ball. But oh well.

They got the 3 points on a phantom personal foul call too.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑13 Sep 2020 13:37See?

Yeah, but we won them. We were 13-3 last year. Just because they got within a score isn't reason to stoke fear.
We're up 12 at halftime on the division "favorite" despite multiple missed opportunities. Our stat sheet is dominant.
Smile, guys.
The O with 20 points scored while missing some opportunities, consistent long drives. No sacks allowed.
Utter ToP dominance.
Under 100 yards allowed in half.
I mean...
OK!
The score should be even more in our favor.

I know. But when you play so well and dominate most situations, don't screw up the easy ones.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑13 Sep 2020 13:40Yeah, but we won them. We were 13-3 last year. Just because they got within a score isn't reason to stoke fear.

So the Vikings were like less than 60 yards prior to that last 20 seconds or so.
This is the O I was hoping to see. Ball control, move the chains, frustrate the D so they are vulnerable to the shots, and keep the opposing QB cold on the bench.
Keep on rolling!

Defense has to re-set the tone after giving up the figgie to end the half. Don't let their offense gain confidence.
