Made two racks of baby back ribs tonight on the pellet smoker. 3-2-1 method, last 30 min high heat to marble the sauce.
Oh, and smoked the beans, too.

Thinking of sprucing up the Weber Kettle to make it a more permanent fixture on the patio. Anyone done anything to improve the look, feel, and usability of their kettle grill?
