Bo Melton having about as bad a game you can have. Two drops, although on two really inaccurate throws. He fumbled an end around. And there he could have caught it and went out of bounds but instead gets tackled in bounds and cost the team almost 25 seconds.

Man, the ball just comes off Carlson's foot so weird. Never the same twice in a row.

The depth at some of these position groups is incredible. WR is so deep. It’s weird what happens when you invest in the position. DL has controlled the LOS without Kenny or Gary. CBs have looked solid without Ja. Specifically Rochell. Safeties look good without X.

I don’t see much in the way of improvement from Carlson. He made some kicks, sure, but the movement on his kicks is just too wildly unpredictable. I’d have hoped he got that figured out this off season. He didn’t.

It was a significantly easier kick but he did drill it doesn’t he middle.

To be fair some of Mason Crosby’s most iconic kicks were ugly as hell but he got it done for the most part minus one really bad year.

I'm just looking at how the ball comes off the foot. Joseph is smooth and predictable. Carlson is a like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.
