I was just a tike and couldn’t have told you who Andy Reid or Jon Gruden were, but I remember that bears game, maybe ‘93 or ‘94 and both teams were those terrible throwbacks.

The pressure of going to another Super Bowl... and keeping Minnesota from getting back to the Super Bowl. Not sure my blood pressure could take it.

If the Pack can't get there, I wouldn't at all mind the Vikes 'getting back to the Super Bowl', particularly if they lost to the Bills. That would wipe the Bills off the list of teams never having won one, and it would concurrently break the tie between the Bills and Vikes for most losses without a win.

I mean, where I live biking in snow and cold is everyday stuff (two days ago I saw a guy driving a monocycle in snow at -13 degrees Fahrenheit), but for GB standards, this is pretty baller. Especially the guardian cap.

I don't think there's a time limit on that. As I understand, it's like regular IR: 4 week minimum to return, 21 day practice window before activation available after that. I think a player can be placed on IR and return twice during a season.

I don't really care to watch Enigma; I rather just hear about the noteworthy stuff from people's takes online.

I get accused of hating Rodgers based on the off-field stuff. I don't care about his off-field stuff, never did. I hated him because I detested his leadership (or rather, his lack thereof) as QB1, and also because his online fangirls are extremely annoying so I made my criticisms of him harsher to spite them.

Only two thoughts on the documentary (from what I have heard secondhand)...

I think he deserves a lot of credit for how he handled the Love situation. Good on him for that, definitely a point for his legacy with us.

I will say, though, one off-field thing from the doc that did affect my opinion of him (in a negative direction)... now that we have a more complete picture about the rift between him and his family, he seems to be the most blameworthy party in that by far. At some point, you have to get over whatever mistakes your parents made in your childhood and learn to forgive them. It does not reflect well on him that he's still holding a grudge from not feeling loved enough.

I also always didn't like how nonchalant he would look when we would lose playoff games, post-2011, much apart from Favre, who always looked crushed when they would lose those games. You could tell Favre wanted that next SuperBowl ring BADLY. I never got any such sense with Rodgers.

And now Rodgers has apparently explained that that was him coping with his childhood trauma with self-love/re-parenting. He didn't like that his parents didn't give him enough love and tell him they were proud and that he was good enough, so he coped with those losses by telling himself to be proud of himself and that he is good enough.

Lame.

Fangirls, that's funny. I think most people respect his ability, but I doubt many actually like the person, which has mostly been my feelings for the last six or so years. His off-field and personal stuff is what turned me off. His ego will always be his albatross, and that goes for family as well. Once the toothpaste leaves the tube, you ain't putting it back in, sure his family will accept him back, but that hurt will never go away.

I saw Enigma was on Netflix, didn't watch it and I doubt I ever will, and players handle losing a lot of different ways, and unless you personally know them it's hard to understand how emotionally upset they actually are

GB is kind of tight on roster spots right now, ( that's a good thing this late in the season)
They need 1 for Musgrave to return and then another when they bring back Lloyd.

For Musgrave, its easy enough to move TE Fitzpatrick to PS to open a spot. But for Lloyd its a little harder because they like both Emmanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks - so they'd have to find somebody else to relegate in order to put RB4 on the 53.

I dont think the roster is that tight. You could easily move on from Fitzpatrick for Musgrave. Zayne Anderson can go whenever. We have 6 edge defenders. We like all them but there really isnt any need for 6. We have 5 OTs too which is excess. You could drop Telfort easily.

There is room on the roster to be made to bring some guys back.

I don't understand why he is at that location. The practice field is to the right (east) and a little up (north). But the usual entrance to the field is off of Armed Forces Drive by the Resch, which is 120-140 yards north of his location, and depending on what practice field they are using it may require another 100 yards east.

Seems pretty dumb. Green Bay has plenty of gyms for people that want to go. Western Racquet is a mile away from Lambeau. Bellin Health's (a major GBP sponsor and partner) Titletown facility across the street does fitness training.
