Wonder how Saleh fits into this. Surely got some input on him. But guessing Saleh might want him too then if he gets either a DC or HC job.

I think the guy is just too talented to throw away. He'd cost 19 mil against the cap. I think it is, let's see if our esteemed Med staff gets him back into playable shape or if they screw him over like Bakh or Z. I remember an article from years ago where they said CB is the most volatile group in terms of year to year performance. If Jaire can play close to what he was, that's one less top player you need. So I think it is a wait and see situation. You are still going to grab corners when you can get them, but if you've got a good one you've got to do what you can to keep him.
