If TB plays like this against us with all those penalties and Brady that immobile I like our chances. Plus they will be trying to contain a real QB, not Foles. Let's hope some of our walking wounded return in week 6.

That was mind numbing stupid football by Tampa Bay in the last 2 plus minutes. They burn a whole 16 seconds off the clock before punting the ball back to the bears. Then play soft on receivers to let them catch the ball all the way down to the 20 yard line. And all the time Bruce Ariens and Todd Bowles are considered football gods by the clowns in the media.
.
Profootballdoc says:" by video, Bucs NT Vita Vea with right ankle fracture in bears game"
If true - that means he's out vs GB and that would be a HUGE blow to their run defense. He's their Kenny Clark

IT. IS. TIME
That, and then that idiot Nagy calling pass plays on 2nd and 3rd down, one an incompletion, when well within FG range leaving 1:13 on the clock for Brady to drive back down to FG range and the potential win. It was stupid football all around. But yeah, I agree Arians and Bowles get waaaay too much credit.Christo wrote: ↑08 Oct 2020 23:02That was mind numbing stupid football by Tampa Bay in the last 2 plus minutes. Do the 2015 Cardinals just resonate that much with people? I mean even here. People wanted him like craaaazy.APB wrote: ↑09 Oct 2020 06:37That, and then that idiot Nagy calling pass plays on 2nd and 3rd down, one an incompletion, when well within FG range leaving 1:13 on the clock for Brady to drive back down to FG range and the potential win. I remember a bunch of posters said we are a C grade franchise when Arians said he wouldn't consider GB and stated we therefore were getting the scrap heap.
Arians teams never have any discipline either. Bone head mistakes, turnovers, and penalties are the staples.
I Do Not Hate Matt Lafleur
As long as they do it when they play us.
You can see the talent the Bucs have. They can beat anybody on the right day. Just hope next Sunday isn't their day.
That Mike Evans is a problem. We haven't had to face a reciever like him yet this year because of Michael Thomas and Julio Jones effectively being out vs us.

Palmy - "Very few have the ability to truly excel regardless of system. For many the system is the difference between being just a guy or an NFL starter. Fact is, everyone is talented at this level."

Knock on wood, the Nfl had about as perfect a two days as it needed on the Covid front to proceed this weekend in full force.
Perhaps even dealing with this first bout was what it needed as they may have been relaxing and being overconfident to keep everyone vigilant.

Agree. They needed some adversity.BF004 wrote: ↑10 Oct 2020 09:11Knock on wood, the Nfl had about as perfect a two days as it needed on the Covid front to proceed this weekend in full force.

Travis Fulgham is crushing it with the Eagles. Nice to see him catching on after spending like 36 hours in our camp, haha
