11/15/2020 Late Games
Got some big games here in the West.
49ers with a looooong (over 7 minutes) drive vs to go up 7-0 on the Saints.
Rams slicing and dicing the Hawks but can't get in the endzone. Go up 3-0. Can't have that to beat Wilson.

The 49ers are going to lose this game on ST's.
Saints got a 80 yard Kick off return and now fumbled a punt return on a weird bounce.

Saints get bailed out on a personal foul call tackling the QB with full bodyweight.
Dumbest rule ever. Also the call was terrible as Street did a fantastic job of taking Brees down and landing most of the weight off Bress.

Rams moving at will vs the Seachickens, but Goff goffs it up on a sack. Seattle with sudden momentum. Then Wilson forgoes running for an easy 1st down and instead throws a floater across the field into the EZ for a favresque easy INT :D
Rams look like the more dangerous postseason opponent than Seattle.

I just want them to split. Rams win today and SEA win week 16.
Jamies Winston is playing for the Saints now.
He has thinned up a lot and looks really good out there.

The Rams defense has been very impressive.
Shoot.
Cards win with Hopkins catching a hail mary with 3 in coverage.

The Packers are officially the #1 seed right now in the NFC.
I think our biggest threat honestly for that top seed is the winner of the South at this point as I see the Hawks, Rams and Cards not being at 13-3. They all play each other and the 49ers will take a win from some of the.
The Saints have the easiest road this year. They still have the Chiefs ahead of Christmas.
I don't think 12-4 gets us the bye. But yet, it really shouldn't. I am confident 13-3 will get us a bye at this point.

Are we #1 because we beat the Saints earlier this season?go pak go wrote: ↑15 Nov 2020 18:35The Packers are officially the #1 seed right now in the NFC.

Correct. Basically we want the Saints to win their division because have head to head.Pugger wrote: ↑16 Nov 2020 06:48Are we #1 because we beat the Saints earlier this season?go pak go wrote: ↑15 Nov 2020 18:35The Packers are officially the #1 seed right now in the NFC.

We also want to have a better record than the West because the West winner will likely have tie breaker over us because every West team has a loss to the AFC.

Basically how I view it is we want the Bucs to drop for sure one of these next two. They have the Rams and Chiefs. Obviously we always want the AFC to beat an NFC opponent.Pugger wrote: ↑16 Nov 2020 07:43Okay, thanks for the info.
If the Bucs drop to 4 losses, that will then allow the Saints to drop 2 games this year and still win the division. So we would then be over the South at 12 wins.
The Rams, because of their win over Seattle, is also a threat. They play the West a lot and they also play the Jets and Patriots. But I am not going to get too much into the West teams because they all play each other and they are all at 3 losses for the exception of SF. It would be awesome if the 49ers could pull out a few games for us.
