Week 17 Games
Go Cowboys!!!
Washington only team that moderately scared me in that division. Really good D and a veteran QB who would know how to manage that game.

If only Washington scares you, why does it matter who wins between the Cowboys and Giants.
WFT is in with a win. If they lose, the winner of Dallas and NYG gets the spot
Yeah, you are right, just saw that 5-10 for the giants and was thinking they were out.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑03 Jan 2021 12:27If only Washington scares you, why does it matter who wins between the Cowboys and Giants.

Guess I want to win that division whoever would most likely beat Tampa. Lord knows the Giants should have last time they played.

I genuinely don't care who we play in the playoffs. We win or lose based on how we play much more than our opponent.
There aren't the kind of matchup mismatches we potentially faced last year, so long as we learn from our experience in run defense.

But holy cow these teams are bad, Dallas and NY. Just sloppy, undisciplined, unprepared.
Fumbles, delay of games, defenses can’t get lined up, penalties.

Screw that, I want the NFC East or the BearsYoHoChecko wrote: ↑03 Jan 2021 12:34I genuinely don't care who we play in the playoffs. We win or lose based on how we play much more than our opponent.

I like our odds against Seattle in GB, that Saints game would make me nervous. That D and that run game. I would put like 10 in the box and trust Drew couldn’t throw it more than about 12 yards in that weather.
Knock on wood, go kick the bears ass

Yeah, I'm sticking with the AFC this morning. Not that the Steelers backups are a compelling watch, but it's what I have.

Lions and Vikings. Whoever throws in the towel the furthest should be declared the winner.

Isaiah McKenzie with 2 TD catches and an 85-yard punt return for Buffalo.
Surefire winner of Here's Billy!!!YoHoChecko wrote: ↑03 Jan 2021 13:18Isaiah McKenzie with 2 TD catches and an 85-yard punt return for Buffalo.
Josh Allen and the Bills look like a complete package. He's such a good, efficient QB with a natural arm.
Not sold on Tua yet. Could become a thing if they work diligently on his technique in the offseason. Looks raw at this point.

Did we know that Jayrone Elliott is a Steelers' backup now?

Ok, to all the people who loved Claypool in the draft while I constantly ragged on him... I am sorry. I was so wrong. Gimme that crow.
Just don’t feel like that athleticism showed up in college like it did at the combine, now the NFL.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑03 Jan 2021 14:37Ok, to all the people who loved Claypool in the draft while I constantly ragged on him... I am sorry. I was so wrong. Gimme that crow.

McCarthy doesn't challenge a catch that was incomplete and the Giants kicked the FG before he could. It was important because the FG would have been considerably longer. He just can't get the challenges right.
Never has. If I was a HC, I’d employ like 2 or 3 people to sit up in a booth and do nothing but rewatch every play and communicate what they are seeing.williewasgreat wrote: ↑03 Jan 2021 14:55McCarthy doesn't challenge a catch that was incomplete and the Giants kicked the FG before he could. In a time crunch situation like that, just keep shouting their confidence between 0 and 100 to me if I should challenge.
This game has turned fairy entertaining.
I’m thinking Philly pulls it out tonight. Been talking all week about pride, not letting someone else put on the crown in their stadium, dual reason knowing Pederson is coming back and knowing Schwartz isn’t.

Happy to see the Browns make the playoffs, but I wouldn't bet on them beating PIT in PIT next week.
