The QBs are under siege without starting talent at OT.TheGreenMan wrote: ↑07 Feb 2021 19:17Mahomes is doing exactly what you can't do against Tampa. Holding onto the ball too long. He's looking to bounce around as soon as the ball is snapped. He has zero pocket confidence.
And they say he's better than #12. Hah.

Mahomes just gets out to the left and right - young rodgers style.TheGreenMan wrote: ↑07 Feb 2021 20:12Least Rodgers had a least a bit of presence.lupedafiasco wrote: ↑07 Feb 2021 20:02Backup OTs for the Chiefs. Rodgers movement in the pocket now is untouchable
Taylor Heinecke had the best game against Tampa in the playoffs.

So is the Chiefs front office wasting Pat's career by giving him this crap to play with?
Rodgers had just as little time behind the line and receivers were less open. Mahomes pocket play is amateur compared to Rodgers.
Rodgers just better and seeing it here tonight.

Wow, this is even more pathetic than our loss to them!

Mahomes looks better on this drive, but he has no power, not stepping into his throws at all.
RIP JustJeff
This is Mahommes in all the games I have watched.TheGreenMan wrote: ↑07 Feb 2021 20:50Mahomes looks better on this drive, but he has no power, not stepping into his throws at all.
Kelce and Hill just simply bailed him out all the time. I don't know if he will last as a long term elite quarterback. I think Josh Allen may have a brighter future.
I seem to be in the vast minority and thought the Winfield taunt was a completely dick move.

TB $%@# 12 man.
Getting to the point where it’s not coincidence anymore. Even if he is 4-1 in the playoffs while throwing 3 picks.
Do think Aaron still needs to learn something about hyping the team, vs sitting on the bench with a jacket on. Leadership is real, man.
They added a rookie tackle, rookie safety, backup RB, 3rd sting WR and an old retired TE. Was a talented team, whether it be coach or QB, they were a bad team last year.
Aaron the greatest of greats, but Tom is something else, man.

It stopped being coincidence a while ago. SB 51 solidified it.

Well that game makes me think if we beat the bucs, we probably handle the chiefs.
Also shows me the Bucs O really is a pretty well oiled machine, and besides a couple bone head plays...our D did really well against them. Esp in the 2nd half.
We got rid of Pettine even with the improvements the D showed over the second half of the season, Barry better be a rockstar.
Both the chiefs and the Packers fell victim the exact same ways...the run was working while the game was in reach. Not working great, but enough to keep the pass rushers honest...both the Packers and the Chiefs were too impatient to stick with it and walked right into the Bucs strengths.
