Epenesa not being taken is head scratching too.

Yeah, he very obviously is a guy expected to make a position transition and no reason to be a high draft pick and I'm so glad the league is agreeing with me this time

To me Epenesa has a feel of a really good, solid NFL player for 10 years. Not going to win sack titles, but will be a guy a lot of teams will say they over-thought.
