Manderich was a steriod junkie, and would have failed with any team
This is the biggest misconception there is regarding Manderich. He wasn't a steroid junkie. He was a VERY under control steroid user. He was a painkiller and alcohol junkie. That is what ruined any chance he had of making it in Green Bay.

That E60 special about him was probably my favorite Packers video ever. I really wish he would come back for a game sometime. He has said he won't because he doesn't think Packers fans would forgive him. I, for one, sure would. He was grown a lot as a person and would salute him for that.

I'am to lazy to go looking right now, it was reported he had to quit taking the steriods and his ability tanked, thats why he busted out, either way that differenciates him from Trubisky which was my point.

I too am glad that he quit drinking and whatever else he's over come in his life,

I'm calling it now. Mike McCarthy and the Cowboys torch that defense and the Bucs start 0-1.

6 teams above 85% for vaccination.

To me that's a competitive advantage.

I bet that this is the scenario: She is locked him out and he took out a door. Plead it down to Domestic DC or buy her a car. His choice....

The Athletic is running a series on the Top 100 players and the excerpt below is about HOF CB, Darrell Green

"Darrell Green arrived in Washington with that freakish speed — he won the NFL’s fastest man competition four times — in a diminutive frame. “He was so impressive, you forgot about his size,” Beathard told ESPN in 2008. The leap from Division II to the NFL was massive, and upon joining a Super Bowl-winning team that included wide receiver Art Monk, also a 2008 Hall of Fame inductee, Green quickly grasped that he possessed scant craft for the cornerback position. Perhaps more importantly, he knew the standard approaches to playing the position wouldn’t work for him.

Staying afloat against NFL wide receivers meant finding his own unique style.

“I was unorthodox. I was little and I couldn’t play the technique, so I developed what I call ‘results-nique,'” Green said. “So, I played that ‘nique’ that got the results. Had I stayed with the (standard) technique, I wouldn’t have played one season.”

That's a really interesting take from Green and my guess is that some coaches are slaves to technique- and for good reason. But some players just need to use a "different" technique and so long as they get consistently results, hard to argue with it.

End of the day, elite speed covers up a lot of things :)

Slow days of the NFL, figure this could maybe drum up some chatter.

On first pass, I went Peyton, Tomlinson, Moss, Megatron, Gates.

Brees $2
LT $1
Moss $4
Calvin $4
Gronk $4

Took a long time considering doing Peyton instead of Brees and Julio instead of Calvin but I think I made the right decision.

Gosh. I just want Barry Sanders and Randy Moss. Any way to get those two.

The other guy I would consider but is not listed is Marshal Faulk.

I am old enough to have watched Jim Brown. No team could stop him, not then, not now. The Packers stopped Sanders.

I can't not pick Hutson. And LT is a bargain pick at $1. Made the other choices fairly easy.
Montana $4
LT $1
Hutson $1
Johnson $4
Gonzalez $5
