from Wes

DeVondre Campbell will be such an important piece for the defense. His coverage ability could keep them in true nickel more this year.
He’s done plenty of dropping in camp

Apparently Funchess got dinged again at practice today. That might be his downside more than his skills as a reciever.

Body may Just not be able to play the game week after week anymore

Sounds like Preston Smith was a one-man wrecking crew. 2 credited sacks and 2 more should-have-beens, but they let play continue.

lets hope he has a bounce back year and pushes Gary and Z for playing time, I'd like to see all 3 on the field a lot, hoping to see both Preston and Gary alternate dropping in coverage to, help disguise the rusher, but havn't heard much about that.

from the Athletic

"...One of the most eye-popping plays I saw all day was Lazard sending Jets safety Sharrod Neasman to the ground with a stiff arm after corralling a screen pass from Rodgers and making a man miss with a cutback. Lazard’s name hasn’t come up as much with all the Valdes-Scantling hype — which is warranted, as he’s having a monster camp — but Lazard will still be a vital piece of Green Bay’s offense as the WR3."

Keke apparently, too!

Honestly that was a real nice read. Obvi, they were missing a good OL and rookie phenom WR Elijah Moore... and they're the Jets... but their offense couldn't do anything aside from an occasional Corey Davis play.

I wasn't aware MVS was having a "monster" camp...? I mean, I've read about some plays here and there but I had not gotten the impression he was having an extraordinary camp. Did I miss something?

Oh it's buzzy around the fantasy football circles.

For us, it's little things like "he hasn't been dropping passes" and "he looks like he's improved his route running enough to be an intermediate threat, as well as a deep threat." But it's a constant trickle of those little improvements that leads people to think like Go Pack Go.
