Was trying to think of something similar and then I realized...I'm going to the bar to watch. Oh well...

Thx for the fantastic idea. I have a Jambalaya recipe that we love and it uses Andouillie sausages as one of the ingredients.
I asked my charming bride what she thought about subbing out the Andouillie for bratwurst and she said: "Why not both ? "
Clearly, I married well.
Go Packers
IT. IS. TIME
I will, as I will with many games, have to watch it later. My wife works most weekends and won't get off until after 5. It makes for a more simple and quicker watching experience. But I have to stay out of stores and off the internet so things don't get spoiled.
We don't typically make a big deal on the food, its just the 2 of us. Maybe order a pizza. Wish she wasn't so picky. I could really go for some brats, maybe I can grill her up a hotdog or 2.

Or that we now have more leaders emerging from position groups that didn't have them before. Let's call it a good thing.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑09 Sep 2021 12:23That could also mean there aren't clear leaders.
I like our locker room, so I'm not concerned. But a split of ten guys getting at least ten votes could mean no one stood out from the group

Yeah, like I said, I like our locker room and I think it's got a really strong group of personalities. I just feel like the evidence MLF is pointing to can get spun any which way so objectively is not indicative of anything on its face.

I couldn't resist:

Rodgers
Bakh
Adams
Z Smith
Jaw
Amos
Clark
Crosby
I mean there is 8 players who I think are veterans and deserve captain consideration. So I can see 10 players pretty easy. Aaron Jones and Elgton Jenkins alone gets you there.

Honestly though, I am going into Week 1 this year very similar like I did Week 1 last year.
I am very confident in this game. The Packers are just better. We are significantly better. I expect to run the ball well. I expect to beat up on their corners. And defensively, we really only have 1 person (Kamara) we need to focus on stopping.
The Packers are the superior team and in an environment where noise won't be as much as a factor (just like MN was in week 1 of 2020).
The primary wildcards I see is our starting Oline and how they perform against the expected blitz and designs from the Saints to attack our rookies and how good Winston is (because he can be really good)
But I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we win by 3 scores or more.

Nagler brings it up and its the first thing I thought as well. Remember the Bears when they didnt have Hicks. I really think we are going to slam Dillon up the middle. These DTs are not going to be able to hang. I dont care if we have rookies or not. We should roll them on inside runs.
Cancelled by the forum elites.
I certainly hope it's what we do. I would really like to get Dillon involved early and often and especially against teams like the Saints who have Christian Ringo as their starting DT.lupedafiasco wrote: ↑09 Sep 2021 17:33

i look forward to evaluating Gary over the duration of an entire game. 12th overall pick in year 3, we should be in a great spot.
I Do Not Hate Matt Lafleur
Gary has gotten all the prep, coaching and examples imaginable. And he'll have complementary help. He is in the perfect spot to shine.
He needs to start dominating.

Saints secondary looking dinged up pretty good at CB in particular.
WR’s been talking big game this TC (MVS and Lazard), need to see the other 3 outside of Adams be open all day given he’s likely to draw Lattimore all day.
Want this
