trade Rodgers, I doubt he'll sign off to just go where the Packers can get the most picks though, who would go to Philly? he might go to NY, whatever, but the best thing the team could do for Love is extend Adams.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑28 Sep 2021 21:07The end of the Rodgers era... and possibly the Davante era... will be sad for me, and for all fans of the franchise. BUT...
For pure reaction, I'm so excited about when the Packers trade Rodgers to the Giants or Eagles for both of their first round picks, take a WR early, a DT, and a WR late round one with their own pick.... and everyone LOSES THEIR MINDS that they never gave Rodgers help, but they stock up on help for Love.
Can. Not. Wait.
my goal with getting a ready to play WR wasn't just to help Rodgers, it was also to help any QB after Rodgers, and Love will need all the help the team can supply him with.
you bet I'am livid over not getting Rodgers another top end WR, every Packer fan should be, the goal is to get the ball out fast, in order to do that ya need receivers that get open fast, this isn't complicated, having more then one receiver that can do that consistently should have been #1 priority for over 4 to 5 years now, so imo that is a huge failure, Guty sure showed Rodgers who's boss when he took Moore, Brown and Scantling, we fans paid the price though for that crap.
Guty moved down and back up for Alexander, moved up and took Savage, these where deliberate decisions to get targeted players, he could have done the same for either Jefferson or Ayuik or another, in stead he sat as other teams traded up to get them, when people tell me that was not possible there being naive concerning how this &%$@ works, we have watched our GM's do this stuff almost every time they loved a player, obviously Guty didn't have his heart set on a WR, the lack of talent to help Rodgers is unforgivable, why you would ever think I'd find this acceptable is mind boggling.
you can't wait to move into a new era, I don't have a choice, but I for sure am not looking forward to it.
