So dumb. Like I can't imagine sitting through that nonsense and being on the losing end. I genuinely truly feel for the Begnals fans who watched--especially the ones at the game. You had to sit through THAT. To feel THIS?

As usual. I was right. I didn’t ask to be born a genius. It just happened.APB wrote: ↑10 Oct 2021 15:25Converting on 4th and inches isn’t asking people to do their jobs?lupedafiasco wrote: ↑10 Oct 2021 15:23I’d kick it but that’s just me. Gotta rely on people to do their jobs.

Hope Crosby exorcised the demons!

Well, we tried our best to lose, but we were able to pull it out .... somehow.
Weird game. Survive and advance.

4-1!!!
What craziness. Seemed like a game we were destined to lose, but somehow didn't.

I’m not letting lafluer off the hook for kicking on 3rd and 15...

My wife was yelling at the TV for the last half hour.
Maybe I have finally made a football fan out of her.

Yeah. Definitely glad I didn't sped $600 to sit in the top row for that game.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑10 Oct 2021 15:26So dumb. Oh yeah absolutely not. I’ll chalk it up to a learning opportunity. Kind of like how when a child &%$@ it’s pants and you make it sit in it for a while.
If you don’t like the results of a stupid decision you probably shouldn’t do it again.

I can't even begin to fathom what I just watched. 5 missed FGs, a missed XP, and then a 49 yarder to win it in under 2 minutes left in OT...

Running it was so dumb. Our Oline was getting owned and everyone knew what we were gonna do. Those are the plays you need to take it to the EZ
He literally didn't though on the tripping flag.
Pretty pleased with a lot of what we saw today. Thought our defense played great outside of a stupid call before half and once we get in the RZ. We are terrible there.

There was SO much to like and the game just outlasted those positive feelings. I'll remember them again. But right now, I'm stunned and stuck in "that was so dumb and terrible to watch and I'm just glad we won."
At 25-20, with the ball, I thought we were on our way to a nice finish, re-asserting ourselves as the better team. And then it just all got so... dumb.
Yeah. Definitely a rough day for Aaron Rodgers (again). Yet he also made some SICK throws. And our Oline just got bogged down. Definitely didn't do any favors.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑10 Oct 2021 15:38There was SO much to like and the game just outlasted those positive feelings. I'll remember them again. Also, the refs REALLY let the Bengals play. They were all over WRs. Not one defensive holding was called.
But most importantly, we just need our starting Oline back. I mean that is a pretty rough unit we rolled out there and it really showed in the RZ after we couldn't rely on our playmakers as much.

Some good things, some not so good things. The W is all that matters. 4-1 is all that matters.

The biggest complaint I have so far this year is we are letting games be closer than they should be. We have honestly dominated the last 4 games but SF and CIN were far to gut wrenching for comfort.
I am really glad karma let it be right and didn't let their kicker out do Mason. I think the wind was also deceptive because all the misses seemed to hook left which is where the wind blows.
The stadium is right on the Ohio River and you do definitely get some wind coming off those hills near the river.
