Barnesy sucked it big time, 4 targets 65 yrds and must have missed every tackle he attempted, I could see getting beat in coverage, but tackling is his strong suit, I thought I'd see Savage as one of our worst defenders, Lancaster too, just blown out of his run gaps.

and I don't know how Gary gets that grade, imo he must have given up contain a half doz times, seems like if ya get a sack all other sins are forgiven, I could tell Clark wasn't even close to his normal self, but Lowery graded out better then I thought.

I'am guessing our pass pressure totals didn't top 9 or 10, that adds a lot of pressure on the secondary, and for whatever reason after ya take away the 4 picks and several dropped picks they didn't cover as well as where use to seeing, be nice to get both Alexander and KIng back.

We got away with that one. It should have been DPI.
They have been letting them play ALL day, so something so small shouldn't be called.
They have let them play…
But that was blatant, and he got a int because of it

The Browns OL is prob the best we’ve played this year! They are the real deal!

I don't think it was as blatant as it seemed live. Was it callable? Yes, but the WR also straight arm pushed off.

The first tugging/holding that FOX was zeroing in on was within 5 yards and is legal.

Thought it was weird FOX kept focusing in on that.

Buck and Aikman crying about it ad nauseum didn't help either.

Someone on another forum heard Randy Moss morning talk about this play this morning. He said the WR pushed off before the grab so he's thinking the refs just let it go.

That's what I said when it happened. Glad to know that Moss knows enough about football to share my opinion.

I doubt if King will even sniff the field for the rest of the season unless someone else gets hurt. Rasul is playing like an all-pro. Stokes is playing very well for a rookie and is better than King. And Jaire is the best in the league. Where are there snaps for King?

They are letting them play in December. AJ Brown blatantly shoved a 9ers defender out of the way to make at least one key play catch in the Titans Niners game. So I wouldn't be too apologetic. Take the W and get ready for the Vikings. Cousins is now 58-59-2 overall in the regular season......nice loss at home versus the Rams today.

I didn't say, win a starting position, but as we know, there is no such thing as having to many starting caliber CB's ready to play in the stretch run, and KIng when healthy would be a good sub if we needed him.

The Browns are much like the 49ers, just a team built for physical football that matches up well vs GB. If they didn’t have a crappy QB they’d be Super Bowl contenders in the AFC. Good win against a good team.

A couple of those INTs might've been on the WRs as much as on Mayfield. I think we see Rodgers make some of those throws, not the forced ones, and our guys clean those up pretty well. INTs can be as much about receivers not positioning themselves well, or fighting for the ball enough, or poor separation, or getting too shallow or deep on the route, etc. Say what we might about our "average" WR group, but I think they usually do very well in lots of these ways.

You’d guess wrong.

Pressures were relatively in line with what they’ve been consistently doing. There were 5 sacks to boot.

Pass rush wasn’t the issue; soft coverage was the issue.

I saw the sacks, but didn't think the pressures where consistent, but your right the coverage was the worst issue, lots of mistakes, Savage is playing like a rookie, we need to get this defense fixed, a quality passing team will eat our lunch

I remember some members dising the Cowboys and McCarthy, that team looks imo as the most dangerous opponent we could face, they steam rolled WFT last night, if we had our 20 plus pressures Saturday they must have had 40 last night.

One game, even in December, will mean nothing in playoffs. Nothing. There are too many examples of teams that got rolled a couple of weeks before the playoffs and then rolled other teams in January. Once the final playoff matchups are set, THAT is when you look at matchups and see what you have.

Okay watching the replay from the back camera angle, you can see the ball gets tipped by D'Vondre Campbell before it gets to Campbell.

Therefore i am even more comfortable that the non call was the right call.

Hadn't heard that reported. Got a clip by chance?
