Packers also promoted WR David Moore from PS. I assume he will fill-in for Amari Rodgers on return duties as Rodgers remains on Covid list.
Haven’t seen this discussed more, but who is returning kicks today?

Winfree? Patrick Taylor if he’s even still on roster? No idea who this David Moore guy is. One stupid muffed punt could definitely cost us game.

Did the Packers ever sign the returner they worked out from the CFL? Is that this Moore dude?

David Moore was a contributor to the seahawks for a few seasons. I specifically remember him catching some balls from Russ Wilson in key parts in the game. I think he adds depth at the WR position, while also having history as a steady handed (not explosive) punt return man.

I kinda wish this little guy was playing. Prime time games aren’t usually his thing.
I love this. Did the person who posted tell you about all the plays? For example, that one in the lower left, did he tell you why the Bears player was so wide open? The only reason he was there by himself is that another Bears player had actually tackled the WR running the route. Of course, the refs didn't see the tackle. I'm not sure how, they must have been blind. But yeah, it makes Cousins look bad because he threw the ball on a route expecting his WR to actually have a chance of being there. I'm sure Rodgers has never missed on a timing route.

Just a reminder today that if we want maximum stakes, then we want the Cardinals to beat the Cowboys and the Eagles to beat WFT.

In that scenario, a Vikings loss eliminates them from the playoffs, while a Packers win clinches the 1-seed.

I want to hear more about the story about Cousins lining up under the Guard. Can you tell us more about that?

Yeah, that was pretty funny. Then he moved. But if you watch the video, it's not as bad as it seems. Like Rodgers has never made a mistake. Oh wait, he's a God. He never screws up.

Nope not God. Just totally on Brady’s level.

As long as he doesn't muff punts we are ahead in that department from before.

Happy New Year, Happy 9th Day of Christmas and Happy Beat the Vikings Game Day from frigid Lambeau. The Frozen Tundra is snuggled safe and warm beneath its heated blanket.

The Packers lunatic fringe is more visible because of sheer numbers. The Packers have one of the largest fan bases in all of sports. If the fringe percentage is the same as with other teams, then we end up with larger volumes of nut jobs. - JustJeff

Pure pride game. Gunna be miserable playing atmosphere, but your gunna get punched in the mouth either way. Makes sure you do more punching. Keep a deep safety near Jefferson all times and allow whichever CB to play real aggressive, keep the other in the box, shut down their run game entirely.

On the contrary, let’s get our run game going early and often and just mix in a few luxury throws.

18 degrees right now in Oshkosh, 50 miles south of Green Bay. I was outside for 6 hours in 8-11 deg yesterday. Though I had on a lot more clothing than a football uniform.

did you have the gore tex mittens with the sleeve for battery powered heaters that Ringo advertised in the other thread about the new stadium that wont be built in our lifetimes  I wish those where available when I was a snowmobile freak

looks like the temps will drop quick after sun down, I've left Lambeau near frozen stiff and hadn't stopped shivering till well south of Oshkosh a few times when I use to live near Chicago, if we won which was rare back then ( I think once in 4 or 5 games) the shivers didn't matter :aok:

and I hope it wont matter for our guys tonight, GO PACK GO.

Honestly we should crush these guys tonight. Going to be pretty disappointed if we can't beat them when they are starting Mannion.
