I agree with drj820 though it would never happen. If #12 goes into quarantine then we would sink with Love. See, this is also why I am reserved to this guy. His name is just bound to give our opponent fans all kind of nasty ammo.

Anyway, amazing to see Favre‘s shape. Age is not a biggie anyway as long as you are below 70, keep in shape and not have to play a full season. You can see it. Some 60s guys who work on my farm are tiptop in shape, its just the grey hair and the age number what seperates them from 30s. But once I see them hit 70 or late 60s it drops significantly. Of course the problem of our society is that most people do not stay in shape and then even some 40+ guys are old, but by sloth, not by nature.

I played basketball, volleyball and softball (though not a tough one to continue playing) into my early 40's. When you reach that age you can continue to "stay in shape," but little injuries take forever to get over. It begins to take much longer to get warmed up and you get tight much quicker. I was in real good shape, but it just wasn't worth the additional effort and pain anymore, so I quit. Plus, you really do lose speed, quickness, flexibility and supple strength around that age. I can't imagine trying to play football. It's definitely a young man's game.

It has not been discussed yet, but it would be a real shame if the Championship game is played in Green Bay and the stadium is empty because of COVID. You do after all, have a liberal governor.

The state Supreme Court has essentially neutered him and the state health department. The only concern would be the county health department and even they know they would be tarred and feathered if they did that.

NFL removing daily testing for unvaxxed players. Effects about 12 players. League wants to keep AR on the field for the playoffs and $$$, is my take. Can't risk a false positive keeping him sidelined and lose that $$$.

Under the old policy AR would have had to start daily testing again after 90 days, which would be around the time of the NFCCG. A false positive for AR in the SB could cost the NFL hundreds of millions $$$.

p.s. It may be ridiculous to ask but just in theory: if Rodgers goes COVID and you could choose between Favre and Love...it is Love without a sec of thought? (Note: I haven't followed Favre since he retired, so if he got fat then my question is ex falso anyway).
Lets face it, if current Favre started on Saturday night for the Packers, the Packers win that game.
