Yeah I'm sorry but the apologetics for Drayton just don't work. The one true thing about it is he was disadvantaged by the fact we lost guys who were good core ST players (e.g. Ramsey, Redmond). However, guys who are good ST players started to suck under him (e.g. Rodgers was a good returner in college, Bojo started amazing and then began to suck, Crosby got the yips for a bit, Cobb couldn't field it)? Who's fault is it but the coach that our FG unit does not block their guys?

With that muffed punt TD, practically every bad play that could possibly be made against us (other than a successful fake punt/kick) did.

Disciplined players execute, and it's a coach's job to discipline guys.

Sounds like a few people on this forum might become Jimmy G fans.
I was actually thinking, Jimmy G might not be a bad Rodgers replacement if Rodgers is gone. Dude is a winner.
Drove his team down for the win.
And he played well early in this game too, which people aren't going to remember due to the stat line. But his WRs dropped like everything until the 2 minute warning in the 1st half.

The better team won - again.

MLF bears the burden for this one.
No, don't absolve the supposed $%@# MVP for his play. MLF absolutely deserves it, but so does MR. Legacy.
I don’t disagree with that. Seemed like Rodgers was so dialed in on only Adams that he wouldn’t use anybody else.

Three years. Three heart-wrenching playoff exits. Outplayed in the playoffs three years too.

Guty needs to decide on one of two choices.
1. Pay Rodgers and Adams, while cutting a host of other players. Accept a winning season and fall short of a ring, or maybe even a playoff win.
2. Release/trade Rodgers and Adams. Retool. Rebuild.

I’ll accept either choice. But Guty cannot waffle in between and think that Rodgers and Adams get the ring by themselves, even while Rodgers gets two more MVPs along the way.

Yeah we have historically sucked when he has done this, and we have historically been good when he spreads the ball around even to bums.

Someone dropped the Bills in here earlier. It's starting to feel that way.

When the offense descends into the run around for 5 seconds and throw a 2 yard pass you know they ain’t scoring points the rest of the game.

I believe GB has fully replaced and superseded the Bills as the choke job team - we just don’t want to admit it.

First time in the Rodgers-era the O put up less than 20 points. An historically bad performance.

Meanwhile, this was just the 4th time the D gave up 14 or less. Historically good.

Not even gonna mention that other unit...

Odell Beckham would have helped the O tonight. He can win a 1v1 matchup.

Receivers getting open were not our issue tonight. This is a lazy take.

Will take a little time to emotionally think about this, but I think he is done as a packer.

I think he is so light years ahead of Love intellectually and prolly will be forever, over every other Qb who has ever played.

But we’re just not gunna have a good of team on paper with cap reasons.

Matt had to make special teams #1 priority or even qb this year, figure it out after that.

Those 10 players should have executed!
No excuses.

AR bears a lot of the blame but damn when you think about the numbskull coordinators and coaches that have been around during his tenure…. just WTF. It’s sickening, all of it.
