From Lambeau to Lombardi, Holmgren, McCarthy and LaFleur and from Starr to Favre, Rodgers and now Jordan Love we’re talking Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers football. This Packers Forum is the place to talk NFL football and everything Packers. So, pull up a keyboard, make yourself at home and let’s talk some Packers football.
Its the same principal as, if the Packers don't win the SB every season, its a bad season. He made 1 bad play so its a bad game. I think that's how this works.
"Yep, Jones is not off to a promising playoff career thus far."-004
This is the comment I was responding to. I took it as that he had a bad game.
Why would you take it as that, and not directly what I said?
Pretty sure it was bad plays, not game. I guess sort of like some of Favre's.
Exactly, can have bone headed/bad plays, but still have a good game.

So many missed opportunities makes me want to puke.

I can't like this post.
It makes me too mad watching it.
It was so hard to watch that all the way through. Playing within the offense and what the defense gives us and it could have been a drastically different outcome. It is so frustrating when you expect your best player to make plays and he doesn't. No doubt other areas &%$@ their pants as well, special teams, offensive line mix up, etc...

But that was expected (at least with ST) and had been a recurring theme with OL. Not expected from QB1.
Exactly.

Exactly.
Now I am wondering if we should have been more prepared for this outcome.
Probably, but for me personally I hoped he could have broken out of it for one last run...

Yup, just listen to us Negative Nellies. I understand the blind squirrels and broken clocks, but there's also the definition of insanity.
well it seemed like Rodgers played like this purposely to make sure Guty would trade him, this was sooooo like when Rodgers purposely wouldn't take those checker downs in 018 so he could get McCarthy fired, yep, just spiffing here ya know, rattling non sensible stuff in the head
I rewatched parts of the game, and Rodgers seemed in a hurry even when not under pressure, rushing his throws, and had tunnel vision most of the game with Adams, even with the crappy ST's play we should have been able to add on a couple more scores.
