You know who is a glaring omission from the changes needed -list?
Barry.
A LOT of people predicted him to be an utter failure, and are now doing their best to pretend he didn't exist in order to avoid eating that crow.

Good for you.
But I think Barry was kinda bypassed in the credit-giving department. Gutey seems to be solely credited for finding some gems in Campbell, Rasul and Stokes. Good finds, yes, but Barry had to implement them into his plans for them to produce the way they did. None of them were plug-in improvements. Took a great job at designing schemes to fit the personnel, assigning roles and coaching players into them to make it work.
