I would bet they stay in house. Unless they have ties to someone else floating out there. I still never understand letting an outgoing GM do 1 last draft. Especially when you are in the market for a QB.

I reckon the rebuild only has to be one year. If Rodgers and Adams are gone. Hackett is gone. Packers decide to go a bit deeper into rebuild territory so Smiths and others are gone....
Let Getsy and Steno go to other jobs. Let Gutey and MLF re-tool the offense (and rest of the team). See if they can rebound and become a perennial playoff team without having the Rodgers thing hanging over their heads.
If it fails completely in 3 or 4 years, everyone is out on their butts. Everyone questions why the Packers win. Is it just Rodgers? Is MLF actually a good coach? Lets find out.
I do, the goal of everyone here is to win a SB, the goal of the front office is to field a competitive team, obviously they wont say that, but all you can do is put the best product on the field possible and hope everything aligns and your knocking on that door.
the first thing a new HC has to do is bring in the best cast of assistants he can get, why would Lafluer just let Getty and Steno go? that makes no cents to me, and this team is loaded with talent, why let that all go, rebuilds are over rated, teams flounder for years doing that stuff, it's why Guty and Lafluer want to some how keep Rodgers, but if they can't ( I'am undecided, but would be fine either way) I sure don't relish a deep rebuild.
Keep as much young talent around as you can with the cap constraints.
Give Love a full season to see how he does.
Then if he's shown promise, build around him and try and get up the Superbowl like MLF's mates have done with Goff and Jimmy at QB.
If you don't think Love is the answer, draft his replacement in the '23 draft.

Rapsheet says Adams isn’t leaving GB. If this is true, this is the sign that the org is not content with a tank year in 2022. They don’t want losses to add up on their resume. If a trubinsky, mariota, Favre, Locke type is available...it would be smart to bring them in to compete.

I find it funny how many coaches get a 2nd head coaching gig within the same division. Maybe doesn’t happen super often, but I feel like it should never really happen.

Coaches that look like Brian Daboll don't usually do well, Andy Reid being the big exception.

I'll be really happy if the Queens don't sign Harbaugh. I was just thinking, it could be back to the dark ages if Rodgers leaves and they sign Harbaugh and Eberflus somehow turns out to be good.

Really? You make a judgement on how good a coach is by how he coach looks?
There is actually very, very strong correlation between success and being attractive from a human standpoint.
There are actually lots of fascinating studies about it, but the biggest takeaways is:
1. humans like attractive people. Attractive people are deemed to be perceived more trustworthy and as leaders.
2. attractive people are more confident and better socially which is largely related to attractive people are around more people and therefore get to "practice" being social more often.
Of course you also have the paradigm that attraction is highly correlated with wealth as wealth can buy fitness and good food which most attraction is honestly body related as many human faces are attractive once fully developed.
Being fit also portrays being responsible, disciplined, committed, etc. This portion is honestly unfair though as weight is heavily dependent on genetics.
I would say the league right now has a great mix of fat old coaches (Arians, Ried) and young attractive, fit coaches.
Oh and then there is the POS skater boy Kyle Shannahan.
