A) I'd hate to lose a Lambeau Field playoff game.
B) No one in their right mind wants to play in rainy, miserable London in December or January.
I think the Skeptic got the joke...
I got the joke, but to me it's not a joke. I haven't yet given up on the Packers 2022 success like some have, as shouldn't the team.

Good grief. I don't mind the game in London if they are hell bent on doing this but to take away a freaking home game? :nono:
What exactly does everyone have a problem with? It's 1 game. Probably 1 game every few years going forward. It's not that big of a deal. Green Bay's economy will be fine. Lambeau will probably have a big viewing party and sell just as much beer as a game.

Detroit would probably be around their River Walk area and conjoined with Comarica and Ford Field.
Green Bay would be at the stadium and Titletown.
DC would be cool with the buildings in the background at the Mall, but security may be an issue.

All area great places. The NFL Draft is just a perfect time of year to showcase all these different cities. I sort of miss the old days when it was a 2 day event at Radio City Music Hall, but I will say the events that are now being put on are just really cool.

I believe the Packers are 7-7 at Lambeau in the Playoffs since the 2002 season correct? That's pretty bad considering we won our division a lot so most of the "home" playoff games were in the earlier stages of the playoffs.

Wins
2003 - Seattle
2007 - Seattle
2012 - Minnesota
2014 - Dallas
2016 - Giants
2019 - Seattle
2020 - LA Rams

Losses
2002 - Atlanta
2004 - Minnesota
2007 - New York
2011 - New York
2013 - San Francisco
2020 - Tampa Bay
2021 - San Francisco
Aside from the first two losses, notice that all of those teams had one thing in common. They were able to get constant pressure with only 4 rushers.
can you prove this? and the last 2 seasons we had a weaker OL, I know your intent is to slam Rodgers, but he was under pressure fast in all those loses. people are throwing any ol &%$@ up against the wall now to paint Rodgers as a loser, to funny, the only losers are the posters :nono:

exactly, I don't get all the angst, no one really likes seeing us go to Europe, but as you said it's ONE game possibly every 4 or 5 seasons, :thwap:

If only they could schedule those for the playoffs, instead of Lambeau.

A) I'd hate to lose a Lambeau Field playoff game.
B) No one in their right mind wants to play in rainy, miserable London in December or January.
A - That was my reasoning; if they don't play at Lambeau, they can't lose.
B - Are you saying Green Bay in January/February is pleasant?

some of you people need a reality check, Favre was a disaster in PO games, multi interceptions where his down fall, Rodgers problem in most of em is not taking what the defenses where allowing, trying for the big play instead.

Well thought out reasoning.
By process of elimination, we get Packers vs. Giants in London in 2022.

And are these slot receivers with short area quickness in the room with you right now?

Pretty hard to argue with that logic in there.

I would be all for the Giants not playing in Lambeau again.

well these Giants are actually midgets compared to the real Giants we faced in 2011, so no worry's wherever we play them.

I'm still confused why I need to prove that the teams that beat us at home in the playoffs had really good front 4's.

no no, you need to prove that they got pressure only using a 4 man rush group, we all know at times Rodgers would extend plays hoping for big gain plays, but that has mostly changed under Matt Lafluer, actually there was a article that stated Rodgers has been getting rid of the ball faster then ever before during his career since the arrival of this coach.

imo it was always over blown anyway, we had a ton of success because Rodgers was the best in the league outside the pocket and scrambling
