I’m definitely open to a MVS return now. He along with a rookie WR stud and we’d be fine.

I know people are expecting WR with that first pick...but I still have a feeling Edge rusher may be the more likely pick.

There are a lot of good ones for our area of the draft and it aligns with the Packers approach of premium position.

could we get some moderation in here to get rid of conspiracy theory's, some in here are trying to have a adult conversation.

Looking to be a very, very good defense and got some cap room and draft picks to add to it.

All I've wanted since 2011 is a top 5 defense and MVP quarterback.

LFG.

Yeah this is the first time this offseason I have actually started to have hope.

I'm excited now.

Yeah, we've seen what the top offense in the league can do many times in January, get shut down by the best defenses all amped up. Give us one of those defenses and still have Aaron Rodgers on offense just not making mistakes, hopefully special teams not making mistakes, we gunna be good.

And honestly with some of the likely cap struggles we'll have coming up, the best thing for that is to get a lot of talent on rookie contracts. This will help.

With Rodgers, our RB's and OL, I'm not sure worried about the O, they can generally do their thing.

But with Rasul back, very excited for the D now.

Get Mercilus or another veteran edge and another DL like Fletcher Cox, and my God this might be the best D on paper.

After today, I’m thinking they move up and grab one of the top WRs in the draft. Maybe Olave.

Maybe, but not sure they need to unless that have one the covet way more than another. Can stock up on a lot of talent in this draft. Makes the coming rebuild, not so much of a rebuild.

Most of the players I love in this draft are on defense. Defensive linemen, edge rushers and I love, love Brisker at Safety.

Only two WR's that I am really in love with is Williams from Bama and Datson from Penn State. Otherwise, I am very happy to go heavy on D early and go offense on the 2nd day.

The Packers are a defensive team now. Keep it that way.

I really hope they don't do that.

Olave would be interesting.

Could see the Packers doing anything with these picks. Moving up, standing pat, adding to their 2023 picks, trading for a player.

I was thinking they should maybe give old pal John Schneider a call and see if DK Metcalf is part of Seattle’s long term rebuild plans.

That could be interesting.

I''d probably rather have MVS at a modest contract over needing to give draft compensation for Metcalf. I would imagine Seattle would want good comp for Metcalf.

I know I would.

Feel like I’d rather go with Will Fuller at like 1 for 5 over MVS at 4 for 45 and just hit up the draft.
