Asking again: Anyone know any good places for prospect tape? Except searching Youtube prospect by prospect...

I used to know the good ones, but fell outta the loop last year. Looks like my go-to guy no longer does the awesome spreadsheets, must've grown up or something.

Anyone have any experience with this? https://www.patreon.com/CaddysCutups
Didn't Pckfn23 have some good sites he used to share?

I'm guessing we can remove Jahan Dotson from the draft board...

I like Dotson reminds me a little of Greg jennings. Not sure what happened with the 3 cone.

There was a report about the 3 cones, particularly on WRs were like a generational low this year, and 40’s were up. Believe I heard Indy just got a brand new turf again. Not sure what kind of turf would help straight line speed and hurt COD. But I’ll be interested in the pro day 3 cones more than usual this year

Also timing caused many to not run at all or just half-ass it. I'm thinking you need to toss almost all agility numbers out the window this year.

What are the reviews on Draft Guides anyone has purchased? Any of them worth it?

I havn't paid for a draft sight year, but the pickens are slim to find anything for free.

Walters has Charlie Campbells newest 3 round mock up dated today 3-28, and his picks for us are

#22 Olave OS WR,

#29 Burks Arkansas WR

#53 Leal DT Texas A&M

#59 Salyer T/G Georgia

#92 Otten TE Washington

No one is talking about George Pickens. He's the 1 guy who tested within the Packers thresholds at WR. Why has he fallen off radars compared to the other guys?

Injuries, lack of production, immaturity

He's an option for sure, but he feels very boom/bust to me.

I'm not aware of the immaturity issues. What's been said?

What injuries? I know about the ACL last year, but he played at the end of the year so I don't see any issues with that. Did he have a lot of issues before that too?

Not being combative, I really don't know which is why I'm asking.

So there's this one very over-hyped maturity thing where he got a 15 yard penalty for squirting a water bottle on a Tennessee player from the sideline. And while that is not AT ALL a big enough deal to give me pause, the conversation around that incident talked a lot about how "these are the kinds of things UGA is dealing with with Pickens" or the type of things he needs to clean up, and it gave me the distinct impression that part of the reason he has lacked consistency in his time at UGA was because he's not as focused or dedicated or mature enough to do what's needed to develop as a football player.

This is coming from the point of view of a UGA fan who kinda sorta hears things, not from a draft deep dive who has read anything in particular. I can't pinpoint any of it; it was always just the sense I got from the way he was talked about by announcers and fans.

And yes, the injury is behind him, but it kept him off the field and limited his production and so when it was time for him to take the next step, he never did. So the injury was more about suspending his progression and being unable to demonstrate whether or not he has advanced and become more consistent than it is about concern of injury prone-ness, I'd say.

originally till all this stuff about Burks possibly dropping Pickens was my guy at slot 29, the maturity issues and losing most of last season I think are the reason he isn't ranked higher, Buzz feed says he could be the best in this class, he came back from the injury and caught a 50 yrder in the title game, he'll blossom.

I agree he has elite talent. Having 727 yards and 8 TDs as a true freshman in the SEC is legit.

The issue for me is whether or not he has the drive to work on the finer points of the game; look at his scouting reports and it indicates "lackadazical" cuts or imprecise route running.

These are teachable/coachable. But they're also the kind of things that I'd have liked to see progress throughout his college career to indicate that he'll take the work seriously and improve to his potential in the pros.

I've been really thinking lately, I guess throughout the past two years of outstanding Davante Adams press conferences, just how important a receiver's attitude is when you're working with a QB who values precision, a system that requires you to block more, a scheme that wants to distribute the ball around (though with Adams being so much better than our #2 and beyond, we didn't bother), etc.

So I've been looking for those tireless workers, "dirty work" guys and "team-first" players in thew write-ups. Not at the EXPENSE of NFL athleticism and upside, but in addition to it. That's what we need.

And I think that Drake London, Jameson Williams, Christian Watson, and Alec Pierce are the best combination of size, speed, talent, and attitude in this draft. And I think with 5 picks in the top 92, we have a legit shot to target guys like that (only London is truly out of range). Pickens is certainly a high-upside player that can be developed into a special addition to an NFL offense and I will not be unhappy in the least if we grab him in round 2.

But I'm looking at an exceptionally deep WR class that will have contributors still being drafted into round 3, and I say, hey, why not target the best fits from every dimension, because they're available. We can truly have our cake and eat it too. I say get the team first, high-character, dirty work and special teams-willing guys who are also at least 6'3" and also run at least in the low 4.4s and also care about the craft. They're here. I'm ready for them. And I know I sound like a broken record with the same few guys, but if you can show me more guys who have it all, I'll GLADLY add them to my list.

I am still all in on Skyy Moore despite his lesser frame. He plays bigger than his size, but I know that will be a tough thing to overlook. Wan'Dale Robinson is another guy I don't think we are talking about enough. I know we have this hole on the perimeter and an abundance of slot guys, but just because a guy can play in the slot doesn't exclude him from being able to play on the boundary, either. He is one of the best deep ball trackers that I have watched and made a bunch of contested catches despite his lack of prototypical size.

Romeo Doubs is a bigger body that should last past Round 2. I like watching him, too. Still a nice combo of speed and agility + the size.

Yeah, a good round 3 or 4 MVS replacement, for sure.

Hilarious George Pickens “potentially immature” moment.
I Do Not Hate Matt Lafleur
