I can't argue with the list of players, I think all are on my board. Good job.

Karlaftis does kinda feel like a Packers pick. I don't care for it, though. I also wouldn't be real happy with a single-digit wonderlic Andy either, tbh. I like Pickens if our staff likes him but then getting him dropping to Round 2 if that's where we take him would not be reassuring.
OTOH I do like Watson, Woods, and Sanborn quite a bit so there would be enough to excite me to get over it that first round.

If Pickens checks out by the teams, then, yeah, he's probably not there in the late 2nd. And if he is there, there is a reason he is there...Labrev wrote: ↑27 Apr 2022 18:28Karlaftis does kinda feel like a Packers pick. I don't care for it, though. I’m more concerned with Wyatt than Pickens from a character perspective. Pickens might be a prima Donna type, but Wyatt was referred to in those coach’s comments as a “turd” and a “f…er” by two different guys, plus the rumors that the domestic violence incidents have been more common than have been reported to authorities.
That plus his age basically rules him out for me.
With Pickens I find myself wondering if we have the receiver room and locker room to support such a personality and maximize his potential. With Davante in the room, absolutely. If we had an elite vet like Julio, and someone mentioned AJ Green for the UGA connection, maybe.
Lazard is a pro’s pro. Cobb is a great leader and presence. But do they have the clout to get through to a 21 year old $%@#? Would Rodgers get him with the program? I’m not sure, but I’m not convinced we’re can’t pull it off, either

I'd be fine with a different player at 28. After the first five or six guys are off the board in Round 1, no one really excites me enough to move up or pound on a table.
Yeah I'm out on Wyatt to be honest.

Yeah.
His age is a knock. His production wasn't out of this world. His character is a knock. His playing with other world class teammates doesn't inspire me. I do like his versatility, but I just don't have him on my board. I like Travis Jones more to be honest.
Don't forget "dumb as rocks." Hard to keep track of his many charming qualities.

Given the rest of the draft, Brisker or Pitre. Or a trade back and either.
Or get like a 3rd and a 2023 1st rounder for that pick for someone wanting a 5 th year option
My last minute safety research has gotten me higher on Pitre. Wish he was younger.BF004 wrote: ↑27 Apr 2022 20:49Given the rest of the draft, Brisker or Pitre. Or a trade back and either.

I had Walker at 28....
You originally had Wyatt at 28 until some idiot talked you out of it.

Do I get half credit for Day 2?
You would have gotten 7 points in the contest for Watson. 7 for Walker. You would be in the lead.
