Romo is enthusiastic and likeable...but he does talk an awful lot.
Romo is good, though I think he was best his first year. Herbstreit is just awful, he NEVER shuts up and it is mostly obvious or stupid stuff.
Google "Kirk Herbstreit can bite me cause every dog has its day". The fact of the matter ended up being that the Huskies hung with the Seminoles for 3 quarters in that Orange Bowl game. Herb was soooo wrong....and the Huskies fans called him out on it before the game. H-U-S-K-I-E-S!

I like Romo and honestly Chris Spielman. I just remember watching a game and getting some truly unique insights from Spielman, beyond the normal cliches that the announcers generally spout.

My friend said that QBs make really good announcers for a few years after retiring because they know the modern game, but after a few years their knowledge is out of date and they become average.

Packers vs. the Detroit Lions tickets for the game at Lambeau on January 7th or 8th are surprisingly low. Below face value.

Looky here Packers fans. Our next 5 games are against the Giants, Jets, Commanders, Bills and Lions. Visions of 8-1 or 7-2 at the half way point. :aok:

Giants haven't played anybody good right? Bills obviously will be tough. Lions actually are decent this year (yet in Lions fashion manage to find ways to lose at the end every time). Not too afraid of Jets or Redskins.

Just saw Lions have currently scored the most points in the league and given up the most points, 140 and 141 respectively.
