Rank the Roster 2022 #22 Runoff

Post by Waldo »

Second tie of the year, for spot #22, our rookie Wide Receiver (who incidentally was also involved in the tie at #16) or (who has been) our #2 D lineman?

Would some strange results if Watson loses runoffs at both 16 and 22.

Six votes apiece so far. Is there such a thing as a runoff to a runoff?

I broke the tie. WR#1 is more valuable than Dline #2 and I believe that Lowry is going to be Dl#3 this year. Maybe DL#4 as TJ is not chopped liver. It is not a reflection on Lowry, he is still a damn good Dlineman.

Watson should have gone before either Lazard or Watkins.

Yep, my feelings to, specially so concerning Lazard and Lowery, Wyatt is the superior athlete, and played for a pro style defense, and has elite first step, a trait necessary to pass rush success for a DT, and Lazard has shown he is no better then a #3 or 4 receiving option.

If I were to rank the WRs, I would go:

1. Watkins
2. Cobb
3. Watson
4. Lazard

But I also think our #4 WR will have a lot more production than a regular #4 WR.

Because there will be slack to pick up due to Amari not being in the top 3. It's a weak lineup right now.

I was very anti Amari last year and early on too.

I'm not that way right now. I actually have a lot of hope for him.
