if where going by team value for the 2022 season Crosby and the punter should have been voted in a week ago, and Love as it stands now ( maybe PS games will prove he's more ready to play ) can't move the team, and I don't care how good our running game is, Running the ball is rarely consistent enough to count on to win without at least a decent passing game to support it, and Love hasn't been even that yet.
You mean that you are voting based on LAST season or the 5 years ago? Wow!

Damn right I am voting on the probable value for this coming 2022 season. Otherwise Adams and MVS would be on the list.

You can go ahead and claim that the punter is more valuable than Love. I won't argue with you, no need to.
I'am voting based on reality, a power inline blocking TE, a throw back to when blocking TE's where a must have player on every team will be more valuable then a 2nd string QB unless of course the starter can't play, so you are basing your vote that Rodgers is hurt which forces us to play a unproven QB, not only is Lewis a proven player, he's still one of the best in the league at his job.

this isn't a slam on Love, Like NCF, I to think he'll end up being our starter eventually, the learning curve isn't the same for every player, and there are a ton of variables involved, scheme fit, coaching, amount of practice and real time exposure to just name a few, the reason so many young QB's fail is due to issues concerning that stuff, imo the worst thing you can do is rush them into action before there able to deal with the speed and intricacy of pro ball, if they fail and there confidence is destroyed chances are they'll never recover, to me it's the number one reason 3 out of 5 never amount to a quality starter

We have reached the point in the vote, now, too, where different voting styles are pointing to voting for very different groups of players. I get the vote for Love. I get the vote for Lewis. It all depends on how people are voting at this point.

Love = Upside, Positional Importance, Preparing our Defense
Lewis = On-field Snaps, Best Blocking TE in Game, Big RZ Threat

If you are looking for production, the votes are going to Lewis. If you are looking for upside, the votes are going to Love. It's not right or wrong, it's just how people are looking at this exercise. I will be voting for Love relatively soon, but I think I am looking more for 2022 production at this point vs long-term potential/production.
